“I just wanted to say that the Mark's "Wearhouse " in Kanata Centrum has 2 very special people working there - Tyleen and Sheri-Lynn. My wife was there a few weeks ago trying to buy some jeans and was having difficulty finding the right pair. These 2 ladies went well beyond what I would normally expect and they made suggestions and were able to help get the proper size and style. While many of life's decisions are far more complex than buying jeans, it was a sincere pleasure shopping at that Mark's and encountering 2 very sincere and accommodating staff.”
“I visited Eddie Bauer on a very busy Saturday during the Easter long weekend. I was looking for a waterproof rain coat and was helped by Kelly. She took the time to explain the features of the coat and benefits of one coat over another. Kelly was extremely informative and helpfully and I would like to recommend her for employee of the month. “The store is a pot bigger than I expected, which is nice. I'm not sure what it was, but when I walked in, the woman who was working at the front of the store, anytime I seen her looking at me, she looks disgusted and would avoid be close me. Unfortunately, she was the only available sales associate to ask for help, but I couldn't bother with her.”

“I had an amazing time at Under Armour today! Parking was a wreck which was not expected. I wasn't planning on stopping by but my daughter really wanted to check it out. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a smile from Danny, who helped guide me to the kids section where I was looking to shop. It was a breeze finding sizes in the kids section AND EVERYTHING WAS 50% OFF! I got what I needed (and more) and headed to the extremely long line. The line went by quickly (for the size of it) and I was pleasantly met by Pat who handled my items quickly and efficiently. Overall great experience at Under Armour Factory House today, will be coming back! Happy Victoria's Day!”

“I went in on Saturday to grab some merchandise made by a YouTube channel I follow (Donut Media) and after walking in, was greeted by the people working and was offered help, which was very much needed given that I wouldn't have known where to look for what I was trying to get. To my surprise, the employee there was not only familiar with Donut as a channel, but was also into the car scene, and we had a quick but fun chat about cars and such.It was a great experience not feeling like I was just a customer coming in to grab something and then being pushed out the door right after. The vibe and tone that both people working that evening set was exactly what I would want from a store that's geared more towards people who are passionate about a given content creator or fandom. 10/10 would recommend coming in person to this store if you plan on getting something from Zumiez!”

She ended up finding it in the back and thanks to her I have a dress for an event later this week. I’ve never had a staff member from any store be this helpful and go out of their way for me. If I ever need anything from a dynamite store I will be coming to the Bayshore location, no doubt about it. Again, I really do want to say Shyanne was the most helpful store associate I’ve ever met in my entire life. THANK YOU!!!!”

I was provided incorrect and incomplete information regarding the return and refund policy from the customer service and I was very disappointed to hear otherwise. Emmanuella was quick to judge the situation and went above and beyond to honour my request.
