I recently had the pleasure of working with Autotrendz for my Mustang GT and Land Rover Discovery, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

I just went and picked up my bike (black) and I cannot say enough about the job Rob and his team did on it. It's a 23 year old Indian Drifter and you would not believe the fantastic job they did. It literally looks like the day she came off the line if not better. I highly recommend Auto Trendz you will not be disappointed.

After an incident with our young pup, my husband brought his car in for detailing but left with electrical malfunction. The detailer flooded wiring underneath the seat resulting in complete radio failure. When brought to their attention they only replied with the complaint that some vehicles have the unit placed there which is a design flaw and advised how much it would be for them to fix it - they did not fix the issue their work caused… well, they could for the added cost. Sketchy business practice. Buyer beware!

Unprofessional place inside out.
They left stains everywhere! They need to learn how to carry out a professional CLEAN job! If you claim to be a car detailing service provider for 20+ years, then you should be paying attention to 'detail' and do a clean job. Dropped off my car clean and got it back dirty. Absolutely unacceptable. Clearly they don't care or respect other people's belongings.
Horrible customer service as well. First impression is everything and this shop failed on all counts. When I first called to book the appointment, there was no proper communication or guidance. Could barely hear the person speak. He talked as if he wasn't interested in doing business. No explanation or clarity. Very poor communication and customer service! The person at the front desk (Rob) was very rude, super arrogant, does not respect customers, and doesn't know how to smile or talk professionally with his clients. Comes across as someone who hates his job, life, or both. Shouldn't be in business if you don't have people skills or genuine passion for what you do. You can tell when someone is truly passionate about their work by the way they interact with clients and by the level of information & respect they give to customers. Turned out he was the same person I spoke with when I originally called to schedule an appointment. You're much better off not dealing with this person.
This place doesn't make you feel welcome at all. I would never trust them with my car again. Find a more professional shop with better customer service and don't waste your time or money here.

I had Auto Trendz apply a PPF to the first half of my brand new car this spring. I was and still am very happy with the service and treatment I received from them.
I had to return for a couple of touch ups on the PPF specifically related to trapped air under the film. This company along with many other companies who apply PPF use a needle to remove trapped air. This is normal and to be expected. What is unfortunate in my case is that the discussions I had with the owner about bubbling in the PPF only mentioned the use of a needle to remove the air and nothing else.
As it turns out they also "cut" the PPF film with a blade of some sort in order to release the trapped air. These small linear cuts can then trap dirt and give the appearance of fine black lines in the PPF or paint, which as it turns out is exactly what happened in my case.
A small hole in the PPF caused by a needle would not trap dirt in this way and never result in the appearance of black lines.
This small but very important detail would have explained why the black lines were there and could have prevented this new car owner from freaking out thinking my paint had been damaged by a needle scratching the paint under the PPF and making these lines.
A couple of unpleasant discussions between myself and the owner and the staff who did the work as to why the lines were there could have been avoided.
In defense of the owner he had right up front told me he would replace the PPF on my hood if the air bubbles did not settle out after their second attempt. This is great customer service and I appreciated that level of service but that in my mind would not remove any scratches or black lines that would have been caused by the needle they use.
I left their shop but was still convinced the lines were scratches in my paint as there was no other explanation for it if they had only used a needle and not a blade to remove air. Dirt could not enter through a very small hole in the PPF and cause the appearance of lines.
I went back to the shop after leaving to go over it again because I was really bothered thinking my new cars paint had been scratched. Unfortunately, the owner had left and I got into an argument with the staff who did the work because again it made no sense how a needle could have caused the lines.
So, in the end the owner made good on his work and replaced the PPF and the job turned out wonderfully. The cut lines in the original PPF were dirt filled and were the cause of the lines thankfully for me and the paint underneath was not damaged. I explained that had I been aware that they cut the PPF to remove air in the first place I would not have freaked out thinking my paint had been scratched by a needle and the nasty discussions avoided.
I would definitely recommend this company for sure as they stood behind their work even after things got unpleasant and I ended up leaving a satisfied and relieved customer.
