Terrible customer service. Girl at the counter was on her phone. Didn’t say good morning. Didn’t smile, was rude when my card declined. Didn’t ask me if I had an aeroplan card.
Very unprofessional with being in the customer service industry.

The people who run the show Insider disgrace to customer service, rude, pushy, No mannersI typically buy my fuel and pay for it outside at the pump but when I have to go inside I wonder what type of rude customer service I'll be receivingEven when I collect my rewards items, and for a place that's supposed to be 24/7 is notJust recently changed their hours to convenience themselves some people need to get fuel at 3: 00am and they're closed,Hopefully we get better customer service when these guys run out of contract and the new people take over
