Never Again ! I go out of my way to shop locally as opposed to on-line shopping. The 7 day Exchange Policy is posted on the desk . However it does not state it must be used the same day as the exchange. It is essential to buy another shoe at that time. It was not convenient for me to make another selection anticipating I would receive a store credit. Very short sighted in the world of shopping at our finger tips and blogging our options to our followers.

The knowledgeable helpful patient staff have earned my loyalty. I highly recommend the Remonte boots shown on the top right of their recent FB page. I used them with YakTrax on a hiking holiday in Utah and found the boots to be more comfortable and more useful than my hiking boots.

Monica is so knowledgeable and lovely to work with. She knows her stock and recognized the issues I have without being told. Thanks to her, I have four new pairs of wonderful good looking shoes. It's nice to know that some stores realize not everyone is a B width.

They sell the most stylish and best fitting boots and shoes around. Service is great and if they don't have it in your size they will get it and fast.

Dishonest business. Hides their no returns or exchanges policy. Purchased two pairs of boots after being recommend by another customer. Found out about the final sale when I got home and opened the box. The cashier made sure I didn't see the big red stamp on the receipt and hid it in the box instead of handing it to me. I would not have purchased knowing there is no recourse if something is wrong with them. They will not even take them back if they have a defect. The lady at the store told me to try and sell them on Facebook. They say this is due to COVID but most stores are taking back product and doing exchanges. Even many clothing and show stores. I smell something and it's not fresh leather.Update: I spoke with the owner who informed me there is. Nothing that can be or will be done about the situation. Furthermore the response below offers me to speak to the store first. Which I did. I called and spoke the the person in charge of the store and was told exactly what I wrote above. Also I emailed blundstones and they informed me because of the final sale stamp I am not eligible for warranty.
