Absolutely amazing experience....they are super thorough...checked every light and signal.... even found out that the mice love our cabin filter...lol... quick and efficient.... fixed my exhaust... replaced interior light bulb...and oil change. Price was awesome...we finally found our full time garage... thanks Bob and crew!

They had their charity car smash today!
They served free burgers and hotdogs to the community, held a raffle for many different prizes, and included everyone! It was nice to stop by and have Bob and Lynda welcoming myself, and to meet all the hard working individuals that makes this business great. I'm newer to the area but I look forward to bringing my car here if I'm ever in need.
I look forward to next years event!

Outstanding service! Car was damaged striking debris on the 401. Not only did they repair the damage promptly but also went to bat for me with the unenthusiastic insurance company. First class service from first class people.

The Auto Guys are awesome. I grew up working with my grandpa in his shop, and I do work on my car on my own when I have the time. When I don't have the time I come to Auto Guys. I have been a few times, and they are always fantastic. Amazing customer service, very responsive to any communications. Bob is so great with communication and explaining things. Auto Guys is the first place I've found that reminds me of my grandpa's shop. Super nice that there is a Tims right beside the shop. Thank you so much Bob, Jadon, and Nic! Keep up the great work! My car looks SO much better now that it finally has the summer tires.

By far the best mechanics shop I've ever been to!I had a front end clunk for over a year, I had gone to 6 other mechanic shops before trying The Auto Guys, none of them could find it.I spent thousands swapping parts that was "the problem" I was told from those shops and never fixed it and then because the shops couldn't find it weren't interested in looking at the car anymore.Bob and his mechanics found it and fixed it !He asked to keep the car for a few days to find it after looking the car over with fine tooth comb they found it.Bob is great to deal with as are the rest of his staff.Definitely my go to mechanic going forward for myself and family now.Very satisfied customer now, which is very rare in today's world where customer service is dead.Don't hesitate to check out The Auto Guys.
