We had a great experience using St Thomas Self Storage. Unit was clean and dry. The team there made it super easy to sign up and were very knowledgeable about their products, etc. Accessing the unit when we needed to was a breeze and when it came time to vacate we just let them know and they took care of everything. Great service all round!!

St. Thomas Self Storage facility is awesome. Number one, the staff are so friendly, helpful and fair. The facility with the super clean, climate control units make storage of your belongings worry free. The outdoor parking is great as well. The facility is so convienient to where we live for the numerous visits we make. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.

This facility is very convenient for the people of St.Thomas and Port Stanley. It is secure and has very reasonable access hours. The units are clean and the selection of sizes work for all your needs. I have used them twice and have been treated very professionally each time.

This storage facility has been a huge help to us when staging our house for moving. We have had a climate controlled unit which was perfect for our pianos. Access was available to us at any time which made moving in and out on our own time very easy. The staff have been great with extending our time for a few days and being there when we had questions.

Units are clean, prices are reasonable and units are protected with a high security gate. I had never rented a storage unit before and Christine made the experience stress free.

The staff went above and beyond to create a safe and secure environment. There was one occasion that we experienced a ice storm which knocked all power out in the Port Stanley area, and I showed up after hours and the ladies were more than happy to escort me to my units to get some of my supplies (lanterns, generator) to help get my family through the storm. Thanks so much for all of your help and assistance, it made our move more enjoyable and hassle free.

We live in Port Stanley and this is a new facility right outside our beautiful town. The people have very good attitudes with excellent customer service in a secure, climate controlled, convenient location.
