The staff greeted me promptly and was eager to help with all my questions, including trying to locate venders that may sell parts that I found online. They were very helpful and I was able to buy what I was looking for. They had to order it but it only took a day to have it delivered. I am very impressed with the local hospitality and I see their presence in the community often. Great place to shop.

We had an excellent experience with Offroad Addiction. Chad and Wes are great communicators. Tanner's attention to detail is evident. I appreciate things being done right the first time. The fact that we were able to get anything done at all during the Covid years is amazing. We took them a stock F-350 and they gave us back a monster that rides like a Cadillac. Well done folks! We highly recommend!

I had my Toyota FJ Cruiser upgraded with an ARB 3 inch HD lift , Icon UCA , and other suspension parts . Amazing company kept me informed on progress, and quickly resolved any issues , great communication, service and install from the team ,thank you Jesse , Wess and Chad . Looking forward to many adventures moving forward!I’m very happy with the handling and the look after installation.

Went in to have tire pressure sensors recalibrated for my new jeep. They couldn't calibrate it because my tpms weren't compatible with their equipment which I can understand but they still charged me $73 for a job they didn't do, I felt robbed. Paid them money but didn't get the service. What kinda business model is that..?

I was more than satisfied when I got to pick up my truck from Off Road Addiction. I recently moved from Southern Ontario up north and the folks at the shop were more than accommodating to let me leave my Tacoma for a week at the shop. This shop knows what they're doing. They were totally professional, friendly and they perform quality work. On top of that, they made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish and knew exactly what type of offset I should get for the wheels, to accomodate the larger tires and lift I put on the truck. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays and Off Road Addiction went above and beyond. I'm going to really enjoy this vehicle on the logging roads. Thanks so much!

Highly recommend going to a better quality shop! These guys did a horrible job on my BDS lift! Terrible quality install and even worse after service. They did an improper alignment that resulted in my front tires being chewed up before I could get another shop to do a proper alignment. They didn’t torque my U bolts properly and even missed it a second time on the follow up inspection. At the same time both rear axle seals went. After going to a different performance shop I found out that without the bds lift springs installed towing isn’t recommended. I very clearly told them I wanted BDS because I tow every week. They still put in just blocks. I’ve had to buy the springs myself and ac waiting on those to be installed so I can safely tow again. My front end will not stay in alignment and I’m now having to drive a very long distance to a shop that can handle the mistakes made and ensure this kits insured properly. I bought Borla exhaust, Rims, tires, spacers, BDS lift and paid a fortune for install that is garbage. And surprise, no one from Off-road addiction has reached out in anyway. They take your money and their warranty means nothing! Avoid these hacks! Save your truck!

Bought a front bumper for my Jeep Wrangler...it rusted in less than a year! "Luckily" it was covered under warranty... but the second bumper was not the same as the original one I picked out. Plus the lights were different and stopped working after a short period. Went to the shop 2 or 3 times to ask about the lights. At the last visit, I was asked to leave a phone number for them to call me back LATER THAT DAY ... that was more than 6 months ago...and still no phone call! Your first visit will make you want to go back, but you won't get the same service as the first time.
