Awful experience with one member of staff. Older blond lady was extremely rude to me and my family. We came in late which is understandable to be a little upset but it's not okay to treat customers poorly because of it. We asked her to help us find something and she started to tell us and then walked away angerly without teling us where it was. We ended up having to find someone else to help us.

Found what I needed and no line up at the 1 open Cashier, which was a pleasant surprise. I go in expecting a long wait to check out. Miss the self checkout option as it's loss definitely did not translate into more cashiers. Still always amazed that the staff do not interact with customers. I wondered about looking for command adhesive Hooks and no one asked if I needed help.

Are local Canadian Tire is great ? always good service when I ask for help, have been going to this store for years and many of the same people are still working here and that's nice, had a issues with a rude employee in the automotive parts department but that don't keep me away!

Walked out with nothingEverything is locked upNot enough staff to handle that everything is locked upI was in a spending mood, however I don't enjoy tracking down staff, waiting in line to ask staff to unlock. Not an enjoyable shopping experienceMy time is valuable. Their competition has nothing locked up so why would I shop here?

I ordered 4 insulated stove pipe sections online to this location. When I arrived to pick them up, 3 of the 4 pipe sections were damaged and bent. Chris, the so-called "manager," was extremely rude and disrespectful. He made no effort to come to a reasonable solution whatsoever. He was straight up dismissive. I strongly suggest not dealing with this location.
