“There were some hiccups initially, but the manager, Ben was great in making things right, and keeping me updated on the process. Office staff could be a little more enthusiastic with customer service. Car was returned to me, in cleaner state than it was when I dropped it off. Repairs look good.”
“Had a subwoofer install in my truck here a few weeks ago. This shop was incredibly professional, explaining every piece of the process and what they planned to do to install everything. I was asked lots of questions about what I listened to, what level of bass i wanted, etc and they helped me choose the best product for my budget. They got me in very quickly for the install and had the job done faster than estimated too.
The install is excellently done. The product they suggested met my needs perfectly and ive been very satisfied with everything start to finish..

I ordered directly from Lexus Parts Direct after getting the part number since it it 100% cheaper. You get an update on your order via their tracking portal and I received the order promptly in less than a week.”
“I did not buy my RV at Can Am, but because so many of the appliances and equipment are universal for most RV’s, I’ve never been disappointed in their effort to find the part I’m looking for.
If it’s something they don’t have access to, they’ll direct me to where I can find it.
I’m not stating this as fact, but If they are prioritizing their shop tech’s time to past consumers, I’m sure they appreciate it, and it says a lot for their repeat business.”
