This is hands down the Best small town garage ! All the way from the ladies in the office down to the young lads that do oil changes and minor repairs.. the costumer service is on point .. I had a broken car once well many times and they have lent me a vehicle to get to work while they repair mine. This last time my vehicle died one of the office ladies picked up the part I needed for me in London from a different company and drove it to the garage for me so my car was able to get repaired.. customer service that is just unheard of if you do business with this garage it will feel like family!!Services: Electrical repair

just had my regular oil change and tire swap and as usual, got great service. Ryan is always helpful and honest and will get you the best deal he can on parts. They provide honest services and don't treat me like I'm stupid (a frequent occurrence at mechanics for women and femme-presenting people). They were very helpful for coordinating services with other providers, like the local Ford dealership. In the past, it was a bit difficult to get a call-back and/or receive a bill, but their new email invoice system seems to be changing that. I know some customers prefer the pay later set-up, but I prefer to pay ASAP so that I know the payment is taken care of. I'm someone who is picky about mechanics, and I can confidently say I'll continue to use Harris-Greig Automotive for my car maintenance needs.
