This review is specifically for the owner of the company. If I had an employee working for me, that was this ignorant, I would want to know. So you’re a full-time lady that is there every day is not representing your company well I’ve had many confrontations and problems with this lady today was the last of it from her. I will not be going to the store again, and I will be telling all my friends about this. I am not the only one in the community. Who feels this way. About this lady. She treat others the same way. I’m going to start from the start. The first thing. This lady never opens up the store on time. She is always 10-15 minutes late to open up the store so I have stopped going. Also, I’ve noticed that she parks every day in the handicapped parking. Because she’s too lazy to park along the side and walk. Also, I have been in the store, paying for my gas and somebody has driven away. And not paid for their gas. This lady asked me to go out and ask people to pay for the gas. I told her no and ever since then she has been completely rude to me every time I’ve gone in the day was the last of it from her she was on her phone talking to a friend I actually seen part of the day I said to her you can talk to your friends later I’m on my way to get going and then she started yelling at me telling me that her phone call was about work Well, I know that’s a lie because I seen what she was texting. She is a liar. And I will not be going back to the store ever again there is 2 Esso in St. marys and the people at the other ones are much to deal with.This lady does not represent your company well. She is rude to customers. She is lazy. And her personality does not belong in retail. If the owner of the company read this, I welcome I’m getting a hold of me. No problem.

This is the worst gas station I’ve ever been to. Always issues with pumping gas, paying to pump gas. Was just told it would take 5 mins to pump gas. Avoid going here if you can Nothing ever works and it hasn’t been addressed for years

This gas station NEVER WORKS. I go in the morning on my way to work at 6:15 and try 5 different pumps with my card and NONE worked. Made me miss a day of work thank you esso. Your google say you open at 6 and there's never a freaking person there to attend to the machine. You guys need to figure it out.

Worst place to get gas. Pay at the pump doesn’t work. Dirty dirty place. No bathrooms available but Stinks like sewage in the store. The pizza pizza is a joke. They don’t maintain the place. Always more $$ than go-co. I’d rather push my car to go-co than deal with these jokers. If you want to own a franchise at least cut the grass and clean the damn place. Vacuums are broken too. Nothing works here. Not even the owners

Went this morning October 21st, 2022 around 5:50 am. Tried to use pumps 1 and 4 with my credit card. The pumps would not work, they would not accept my credit card. I thought it would work one time but then it crashed part way through. This is not the first time it has happened to me or other people I know-there have been multiple instances where the prepayment option does not work. Please fix the credit card payment at the pumps. It is extremely frustrating to be late to other commitments because the pumps do not work. I would have liked to call the station to address this issue but there is not a phone number online. No one was there at the station to assist. I went elsewhere to fill up.

the lady attendant was so rude ... even she didn't help us with pumping diesel at the station after that she didn't let me use the washroom by saying that we don't have washroom
