“Happened to be a big sale on at the time I went. There was a skirt which had a discount sign on it and I happen to ask someone to check if another item was on sale...ended up checking the skirt. It was NOT on sale but they honoured the discount that was posted and removed the sign.I was amazed that they honoured the discount. Wow. That's service because it was their error but owning to it like that is not anywhere to be seen these days. Great job!”

“I had a very pleaseant experince at this store. The items that I was looking for were not on display and one of the associates (Pushpa) patiently helped me locate them (which were in a drawer); and then when we relaized that they did not carry my desired size and color at the store, she helped me order them online with no extra charge. I felt that the staff were very much invested in providing a high level of customer care during a busy season/time. I was also very happy with that quality of the products and their prices.”
“I love the little Fairview store, it's smaller than alot of others, but the sales people are so helpful and always very excited about their inventory and what's coming up on their calendar of events for their Northern Friends card holders.My faviour item I look forward to every year are their multiple shades in plain & front graphics , tank tops. They're nicely cut for all women that enjoy wearing a bra and don't want to worry about the straps showing. The tanks are 100% cotton and so well constructed and designed, you'll be able to wear them under a blazer or shirt jacket to business.**??I added a couple of photos but no description. They're in my Northern Reflections tank tops and long sleeve solid & graphics cupboard.Every season there're new pictures and colours to choose from. ?. This includes specialized holiday season?? tops and Canada Day selection. ? ??”

The store is clean and well decorated, the staff are friendly and professional, and the style of clothing offered is excellent.My only complaint is the prices are often extremely high considering the quality of clothing being sold. I understand this could be considered a premium brand, but there seems to be a disconnect between quality and price. I purchased a pair of pants that I considered to be quite expensive and was disappointed by how cheap they felt before ultimately returning them.”
