“Super frustrated with their hours- that seem to change frequently. I placed an online order for pick up as I knew I would be in the area on Saturday ( I live 45 minutes away).I received a confirmation email that specified pickup hours Monday- Saturday 1-5. I checked the store hours to confirm through out the week just in case. Although upon arriving to the store the hours had since changed and written on the door that they were closed. If you are going to visit to the store, I suggest checking their hours RIGHT before you go and don’t make the same mistake I did. I now need to plan another 45 minute trip to pick up my item.

“I dropped by today and wanted to get some model kits/gunpla for me and my friends to get into the hobby and Dylan at the store was extremely kind and helpful and gave me a wonderful crash course on it. For anime fans there's Gundam, Pokemon, and Tokusatsu model kits among others. I don't write reviews usually but this was too positive an experience not to. I saw the staff being similarly helpful to others. Great place and great staff!”
“Great place but not good on the opening hrs1st. I was there at 1pm waited 5min before someone came to open2ed. I was there at 1pm and waited 15min nobody came to open we called but nobody answered”

“Love that Canada still has Toys R Us!!! They need to work a bit on the store though: the lights in the entryway were out, there was no staff up front except at the customer service desk. But we love the store both online in person. Lots of toy options, books, games, crafts, etc. We will keep going here again and again!”

“Fantastic store with a great selection of board games and helpful staff. I purchased both Sky Team and Cascadia (both great games to play with your partner and Sky Team has become one of my favourite board games) here after consulting with the staff/owner. They also have the Sky Team expansion (Sky Team: Turbulence), which can be difficult to find.”
