“Worth getting gas here once you check gas prices around town on the web before coming. Clean,efficient with short line ups on weekdays that don't delay you very much from getting to the pump. Weekends are very busy but again, worth a fairly short wait.”

“It is a very small simple Esso Gas station but it does have Speedpass+. Usually their prices are very competitive. It's challenging to get in and out on busy days. With the pizza and convenience store inside, it makes for a very busy corner!”

“This place is great. I went there with my kids. We had a blast. We were in a 3 Hour Rd. trip From Alberta and on her way, there was a gas station and we went to gas station. It was amazing. “Always a good experience at this station. May I suggest you trim the tree closest to the sign that displays the price of the gas . It can't be seen. I know you usually have the cheapest gas why not let the public know the price.”
“Glad to see there is at least one place that will still pump gas, especially for one like myself, with severe mobility issues. Extra great when prices for regular gas are the lowest compared to other stations, in the area. Thank you.”

“The staff make the difference at this location. They are understandable, courteous, and accommodating to special situations. Last time I went, I had to fill diesel cans and a gasoline truck, and the guy let me do so and then come inside and pay in one transaction. That's not the first time, either. Combine that with the CT and Petro Points I get with my Triangle Mastercard, and it's a no-brainer for me to pass 2 or 3 other gas stations to get to this one.”

“On our way back to Toronto from Stratford, hubby and I had to stop for gas and his preferred fueling company is Shell. We exited at Baden and found this somewhat unique Shell gas station with a Circle K associated with it. I am accustomed to seeing Circle K at Esso gas stations. There are only four pumps so it can take a little while to fuel up during busy time frames. There is a Subway sandwich shop and a Tim Hortons within close proximity of the gas station, making this an ideal stop for gas and food.”

“This Canadian Tire Gas Bar is conveniently located at the busy intersection of Erb Street and Ira Needles Blvd in West Waterloo. This location also has PROPANE, GAS, DIESEL (not many gas stations have diesel these days) and a CAR WASH. Not to mention a Convenience store. The store has all the typical convenience store items (chips, candy, lottery) and also sells Beer & Wine.
They have a air filling station and Propane topping up facility as well. The Car Wash is a newer model and a few times I used it the result was good.
The only complaint is the Car Wash is very busy with long wait times during most of the day / peak times.
The staff are very friendly and recognize regular customers and provide good customer service.”

“Lot's of mixed reviews on all car washes in the region, but I just went through this morning and it was the best I have had at any Petro Canada in the region. Also, basically no line because it let's more than one car in at once. None of these places will make your car spotless, but this one got pretty close for me.”

“This Shell gas station/Short Stop convenience store looks and feels like a million bucks! It is so bright, clean, and well organized. The staff greet every visitor with a friendly smile and say “hello!”.
Every time I have shopped here, an employee has gone out of their way to help me locate an item and answer my questions. During my most recent visit, Pooja and her co-workers were so kind and welcoming to me. Pooja engaged in conversation that extended beyond the typical gas station clerk small-talk which made me feel valued as a customer. I could tell by the tone of her voice that she was a genuinely nice person who cared about her job and the satisfaction of the customers.
Since the store’s facelift, the employees feel safer because they can now see over the product shelves and there’s only one entry/exit door. Additionally, they have a better view of everything inside and outside because they no longer have to stand with their backs to the gas pumps. The layout is 100% smarter and safer for everyone!
My only concern from my last visit was the lack of absorbing floor mats near the door. There was one large one, however, it was already over-saturated with slush, so the surrounding floor was a bit slippery. I know that the employees pride themselves on keeping the place clean and safe. I’ve seen them trying their best to stay on top of the mopping of water by the door, however, perhaps a few extra non-slip mats would help keep them and their customers from slipping.
Otherwise, I’m completely satisfied.

Also the foam that goes around the car to wash it off has come in further the last two times and gets stuck by my right mirror and knocks it askew.?”
