They have good ethnic foods variety however I find people are friendlier at frescho and food basics. Not just staff but shopper are friendlier at other stores. Their prices are ridiculous like Sobeys.

My phone was stolen in this grocery store & the “security guard” was useless. He is NEVER there when I needed video surveillance. I left a note and contact info AS WELL AS came to see him more than 4x times with him not being there after staff reassured me he would be there so I could talk to him. I even came on my day off…. All I’ve heard is the security guard at this grocery store is basically a power trip who’s useless. I could have gotten my phone back if I could have had the footage but apparently this “security guard” is never there and doesn’t want to get back to people. I work in the mall so I assure you I have tried - and I am extremely upset. Mall security would have helped me out in a second. Why have a “security guard” who’s never there and extremely rude to people? At this point I wouldn’t even want to talk to him as it’s been made clear he doesn’t want to. Get a new security guard. * also to add my childs photos and my mothers death photos are on this cell phone so you can maybe understand why im so pissed.

Highly recommend not to use there hot deli very cold and under cooked food, not even close to Niagara Falls Zerhs quality. Do not buy the cook yourself pizza unless you enjoy eating cardboard.

Absolutely five stars I forgot my bag actually here at the store and not only did they get the bag and bring it to customer service and save it for me but they did everything else and they got a great selection of beer here pretty good wine and it's a clean store so I give it five stars

I have been in several stores with seafood/fish display the onr you have is the least impressive. Another complaint is one of your staff selling these items should be removed from serving the public for two reasons: 1)she is very rude and 2) she actually told me to go to Sobeys. As I am a regular customer there, I also believe your customer service area should be opened at 9am, ot of us would like to start our day early and this doesn't help cut it.

We got a cake for my daughter's baptism. The cake it's self was good! But for 40 dollars, you think they would have tried a little harder. You can barely read the word congratulations, and nothing is centered
