“This store is amazing. I came in to buy a dress for someone's wedding and the ladies who were working (unfortunately I do not remember their names :( ... ) were an amazing help. They offered to take my dresses to the dressing rooms for me, grabbed me different items they thought would look nice on me in my size and even helped me decide which dress I liked. My most recent experience(s)— twice within the past two weeks, I went in, once to use my Laura birthday gift (20% off slacks and top) and back again when the store put more items on sale for 20% off. That pair of denim jeans left behind on the first visit came home with me along with one more pair of denim jeans, a sweater, a blouse and a Tshirt ?.”
“My 85 yr old step dad Earl fell in the washroom at Old Navy on Dec 24th. We discovered him around noon. Employees were fantastic at helping. One young guy with Glasses and long dark curly hair called for security and they got Earl up with no trouble. My 75 yr old mom and I were looking for him as we lost track of him in the pen center. We're very grateful t the staff for all their help. Earl said he was not hurt. He was okay, said he only hurt his pride. My thanks to the staff for their helpfulness”
“The staff were not very friendly, I had to approach them. I felt that because I didn't look like I belonged in the store they didn't take me seriously. I had intended to buy some clothes for my niece and nephew but I ended up going elsewhere.”

“On the day I went in - Fri Dec 15th. There was a helpful person in the change rooms. Found me find my size when I didn't see it.& then I kept the jeans on I wanted to buy and wear immediately for work and figured I could just pay and leave but there is security tags obvv that they need to take off and they cant do it when you are wearing the jeans lmaoo but the awesome woman at the front cash helped take the security tag off with me in the jeans still so i wouldnt have to go change again!! and helped me cash out quick when I was being one of those "running super late" people. If I ever get their names I'll edit this to add them.Sorry for being that customer? and thank you for being so kind about it.”
“Great location if you’re trying to find some brand names of less in good quality and very good condition for more than half price off. some items that they buy form you and resell end up having a stain or two which I’ve seen. some of the staff is friendly and some staff don’t say hi to you, or even know how to smile.
If you go through each item you’ll be able to find some hidden gems for a good price. I love when I get the text promos and that’s when I know it’s a gonna be a good day to go. I always find a handful of amazing items”

“I enjoy this store. The staff is friendly, and the store always has sales going on. I am able to find what I want from dresses, to sweaters, work wear, even lounge hoodies and joggers.
The quality of clothing is amazing, it holds up in the wash, the buttons stay in tact and the styles are all up to date. ALL for a good, reasonable price.
I see they have now set up their online store. It's more convenient and makes it easier to shop. :-)

“Quick review for the associate Will. I walked into the store to find a tie for a dress shirt that I bought from another store. Will was able to guide me to a solid navy tie that would go great with it. It made the experience and shopping very enjoyable and pleasant with him. She was also the one who cashed me outand did my return and told me that I could do store credit or exchange until next year.
