“I recently placed my 2nd order with Cantex. They ship their orders super fast however this order had a few issues that necessitated that I contact Sidra at Cantex to request an exchange. Sidra was super understanding, prompt with her replies and very easy to work with. She triaged the issue and quickly offered an exchange for a better quality product with no additional costs incurred by me. I will not hesitate to recommend Cantex to anybody. Their customer first approach makes them so easy to work with and that’s crucial when an order requires an exchange or refund. Thank you Sidra!!”
