I want to return something in electronics a call phone purchased day before the employee took 3houts and still wasn't able to find time didn't know what he was very unprofessional said he was a third party kept giving me the run around do not go to this Walmart ever

i am disgusted with this walmart. i been going to this walmart for YEARS and i am absolutely disgusted on how the staff treat homeless individuals. today i went to grab a couple of things and i saw a homeless boy outside. he was very young and i brought him some things to get him by and i asked my mum to go check on him and i am disturbed of what my mum told me. he was scared and cornered by two staff, if it wasn’t for my mum they would have most likely arrested him as apparently somebody called the police. they treated him like a criminal when he did nothing wrong. i’m speechless. i won’t be coming here ever again and i wouldn’t recommend it.

Cashier's don't lift a finger to help seniors bag their groceries. Debt machine was held together with a tissue ( not joking ) and parking lot hasn't been paved in over a decade.
Last but not least, would someone please teach the people making announcements from the service desk, to pick up the phone so the whole store doesn't hear the feedback. It's pretty simple.
Such basic things to make the store better get ignored.
Oh and $5 for a small box of great value corn flakes ? These people have lost their damn minds.

This walmart has gone down hill. The look and smell of the store, the lady that stands their talking to herself. Staff, you ask them a question and the look at you like deer in headlights. The packers doing orders walking around talking on there phones.

I went on Walmarts website to see what there was in regards to ear thermometers & the price. Saw one by Braun for $60, perfect! Go to the store to buy it, it scans in for $94!!! So I call the girl over at self checkout & show her the price on the website, compared to what I just scanned it for. She calls over her manager, she advises me that is the online price & they CANNOT match it (now where on the website does it say, online ONLY beside the price). The managers tone was sharp & rude, so shared my opinion back on how idiotic this was & handed the item back to the girl. I then purchased it online for the $60, then returned to the same store to pick it up later. In what world does this make sense!! I was thoroughly annoyed at this inconvenience but I was most certainly not paying $35.00 more for the item.

Had a horrible experience in the electronic section while buying phone cards. There was not a staff member in the electronic area and if we’re talking about the employee who was in the Photo Booth on their phone instead of dealing with customers, so I made a call to the store informing them that I am standing in line in Electronics, the cashier then comes starts cashing us out, Sama one of the employees that works at Walmart comes to the cashier, laughing and joking about somebody making a phone call how there’s no cashier it’s been about 10min so I raised my hand and said and im still in line, if that wasn’t unprofessional, I absolutely don’t know what is anymore

This is the most disgusting place
I have ever been in my entire life. None of the employees speak english. The customer It weren't queuing up for the Self check out.They were just pushing past people And the guy who tried to kill Indiana.Jones isn't doing anything about it. Avoid this store avoid this neighborhood.

Welland Ave. Walmart is like walking back in time to when it was Woolco years ago. The floors are old and worn out along with the refrigerator units that look like they have a permanent leak. Those water soaking tubes have been there for a while and obviously don't get cleaned. Maybe fixing the leaky unit would be better than having mouldy, slimy stuff near the food storage but ?♂️ what do I know. Would recommend 4th Ave., at least it was built within the last century.
