I am writing to share feedback about a recent experience I had regarding your MasterCard promotion. During a visit to your store, a cashier informed me that if I applied for a MasterCard, I would immediately receive the rewards. However, after completing the application and investing my time, I was told that the reward could only be accessed online.
This experience was frustrating, as it felt like my time was wasted due to misleading or incomplete information provided at the register. I believe this feedback is important so that future customers can receive accurate details upfront and avoid any confusion or disappointment.

Overall good experience. Although there was an elderly man naked in the parking lot when I left. Shop local!

Hit the brakes, my guys.
It's a Walmart, we all know what that entails, but I have a real gripe with this location.
The past two visits I went through self-checkout and normal checkout, respectively. On BOTH occasions I felt VERY pressured by sales associates trying to have me sign up for the Walmart Mastercard.
I said no.
I said no multiple times.
And they both just kept trying, which (@ the self checkout) was distracting me from making my purchase.
I understand they have bonuses to earn, or quotas to hit, but in this day and age: NO MEANS NO.
I think, no matter the context, everyone should be on aware of that.

Claude and Ivan..are 2 outstanding individuals at Walmart on Fourth Ave St Catharines..they are the true example of what service means..These guys are gracious helpful kind and do everything to make your visit special..These guys should be the mangers they rock..Can't wait to greet you again..

The only Walmart that NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE NO MATTER WHAT IT MIGHT BE....I don't give money to people who could care less about their customers. No more for you; not when ANY other Walmart does always answer their phone. If you need to park in handicap parking my caveat to you is to simply avoid this Walmart...a truly trashing place devoid of Walmart spirit to be helpful. There is something WRONG very WRONG with the staff culture and I will be taking this higher up about their rather rogue little store

When I was checking out, there were two cashiers, and I think they were training a new employee. It was slow, but I understood. Before I paid, they were aggressively pushing credit card offers. After I clearly refused, another Indian girl continued recommending it. When I declined again, she looked quite unhappy. After checkout, I realized they had scanned an extra can of formula. I usually use self-checkout, but it wasn’t available today, so I had to go to the counter.not a good experience here.

Getting tired of this store. They claim to have rollback their prices, yet they are still more expensive then other stores. You use to be able to price match as their pricing is more expensive, yet they stopped offering that service. Wow ? so terrible. Now they won’t take printed coupons at Vansickle rd. This store is not worth going to since they are making shopping there very difficult. I will constantly let people know about how they treat their customers poorly.

Don’t even bother bringing any diapers here for refund. They won’t take them. Also messed up our grocery order.

Most disrespectful staff (Specifically Self-CheckOut Counter) they keep on looking at you like you are a thief. A false accusations applied by staff of scanning Tomotos, which I have scanned already and haven’t moved my kart an inch. So disrespectful and feel humiliated. I honestly not recommend anyone go there and feel the same.

I usually shop at this Walmart as it’s closest to my home. Recently I’ve had to admit shopping in a store this size has been difficult with the arthritis in my knees. I swallowed my pride and used a motorized cart to get around in the store. What a blessing! It ran well and I was able to shop to my heart’s content not needing to worry about how painful my legs would be. Other customers were polite and helpful and the greeter offered to call someone to help me out to my car, which I declined. Instead I transferred my shopping to a cart and walked happily to my car. So, thank you, Walmart, for providing this convenience for your customers. It really made my shopping experience so pleasant!

I don’t usually go into the store as I have been shopping online for four years now. Today, I did not want one of the substitutions and was unable to get through to anyone to change it. The line into the online order pickup area has no humans anymore, just automated (if you’re hear, press 1; if not, call when you are), so I tried to get through to the store. I tried customer service twice and then grocery once. No one picked up. I don’t have unlimited minutes on my phone, so I hang up after 5 minutes of being ignored. This is atrocious! At 3:00 on a weekday afternoon, they can’t be so busy that absolutely no one can answer a phone. I’m seriously peeved with this today.
One star is only because there is no ZERO

Decent Walmart experience. Most of the staff is friendly. It's usually difficult to find someone to help, but that's typical of most Walmarts.

Most things I buy that plugged in are now broken. They don't last very long at all. Most of it is made in China and they sell broken stuff not recommended for quality purchases
