I consulted Victoria on rebuilding my pinkie ring which had 4 tiny cubic zirconia gems and was very worn down. I wanted to put Rubies & Diamonds in place of the CZ’s. Victoria, did an amazing job rebuilding the whole ring. The end result is beyond my expectations, Thank you Victoria, my ring is beautiful.

Vandendool jewellers is the only place I ever want to shop again. I bought a beautiful ring for my love and they helped me design the perfect ring. The level of customer service is better than I’ve seen anywhere. Jordan kept me up-to-date on the timeline for his birthday, and took care of me when I did need to have it resized and got it back to me as fast as possible. She was warm, friendly and helpful. . Great quality, value and service.

I went in with my partner to look at ideas for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. Carol assisted us with some thoughts and recommendations and we ended up ordering 2 matching Claddagh rings from the Keith Jack collection, the rings arrived literally the next day and is even more stunning when we received them..the quality ..the design ..unbelievable!!
This is not our first purchase from Vandendool Jewellers and we highly recommend them .

We worked with Adam, who was extremely pleasant to deal with. He met with us many times to meticulously design our wedding bands, working diligently to perfectly execute our vision. We got our parents gifts and my wedding day watch from them as well. Honestly, I don't think we’ll go anywhere else for our jewellery ever again. Thank you, Adam and staff!

Highest recommendations working with Adam! He created a beautiful custom ring for me and made my vision come to life. With his experience and expertise, he explained everything in an easy and approachable way, provided recommendations to make sure the gems would be in the best setting for the ring, and 3D printed the design so I could see it all together before it was made. We came in last Tuesday and my wife and I were so happy to be greeted by welcoming employees, who were first off understanding and very LGBTQ friendly! We were so proud to be able to donate to both local charities for our jewellery polishing. I brought my bracelet and necklace for inspection and repair. Chelsi was very friendly and professional. Within 2 days I received notice my things were complete and ready for pickup, at no charge! I was pleastly surprised and glad to donate to their charity jar for the great service they did.
If I need jewellery or repair again, I will definitely go back to them. A Christian business I found in Shepherds Guide.
