Didn't have any prices on mattresses the guy had tp call the owner just to get a price , walked out because the ownerr wanted me to show him which one . Put prices if they're going to be marked differently shouldn't have to waste so much time

When they first opened, I was able to find some decent actual liquidation gems in the clothing/school stuffs. HOWEVER, I have went in easily 3x a month since then and always leave empty handed. Even if they get good shoes/boots - they are cheaper on Amazon and I don't have to try to remove the security tag from them like I've had to here. And stuff like Sharpies? Forget about it - now it's all no-name import stuff that I won't buy. Disappointed that this local store isn't the gem it started out as.

I've been an auctioneer for years and have done business with two guys for awhile. By far the most dishonest seller I've dealt with. Numerous time they have listed items on auction as "new" and when you win it, purchase it, the item ends up being damaged, missing parts or parts completely switched out.
Today was the last straw. I won a "new" water dispensing system. When I got it home, the lid had a massive broken piece, and someone switched out the original spigot for a crappy one. I wouldn't have bid on it if I knew the real condition of the item. They steal images from the internet of the product, but dont take photos of the actual item being sold.
They are dishonest regarding the condition of items, and I always feel looked down on by them. Not comfortable shopping there. I won't be returning.

Bought 2 walking pads/treadmills from them - marked as "new, open box" - drove over an hour to get them, brought them home - both have errors and don't work - notified them within 24 hours as per their policy via phone and email - received a response stating "we'll look into this and get back to you" - it's been 6 weeks - be careful

Rude and racist against white people.
All of the stock is broken and returned damaged goods, nothing works. The prices are only several percent less than regular price on amazon, which has an awesome warranty unlike these hustlers.

Not worth your time. All junk. I found a yeti can insulator missing lid and no price, new is better anyways. Everything looks used well.

Buyer beware! I have done Business with several auctions. They need to do a better job at checking their items before listing them on the auction! I have received used items advertise as new and even items that were completely different than what’s advertised. I gave 2stars instead of 1 because some items were great and they do accept returns it’s just a hassle. Check you items and take pictures of the actual products not just the website.

Closing at 7 til April 12 as per sign on door.
Well HERE I am, drove from out of town.... Waited til after the 12th like the sign says. Got there at quarter to 7:53 he tells me they're closing. Not in 7 minutes, like NOW. Sign is STILL on the door saying "until the 12th". Severely annoyed

This place is garbage. Way over prices. Such a scam. I would not recommend anyone spending a dollar here for broken items. Missing pieces and all or most boxes are destroyed. You just feel so uncomfortable walking into the place

Extremely aggressive owner. Unable to comply with his customers, did not allow a return with missing items. He was yelling, and causing a major conflict within the store. Making my mother extremely uncomfortable.
