If you dont know anything about cars they will take advantage of you. I had my own oil and filter and they tried charging me 40 dollars, midas down on Hartzel charges 40 for full oil change with their own oil and filter and do a thorough inspection. I wouldn't trust these guys whatsoever

Got my car back with beer stains all over the interior. LITERALLY ALL OVER THE INTERIOR! Like a 6 pack exploded or something. When I asked the manager about it, he became confrontational with me and accused me of attempting to scam him. This guy wouldn’t even look at the stains I was talking about. I ended up just leaving and cleaning the car with my own money.

My husband recently had his vehicle serviced at Thorold Automotive Solutions and they did a fantastic job! The Service Manager, John Rodney, was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. We called to report a problem with our car and the shop stayed open later than usual just to take us in. Saved our lives by diagnosing our car and finding out that our tire was loose. Fixed everything in about 20 minutes. Sam was amazing throughout the process and very accommodating for payment methods.Couldn’t be happier with the service, thank you so much!
