Already looking like a bad experience and I haven't even arrived. I made an appointment for 1:30 today but got a text stating it was at 11:15. And besides I'd rather not pay 45 plus dollars for a hair cut and beard trim when I can go elsewhere and pay between $15 and $20 tops. Greed will get your business no where. Highway robbery

I hate it. I told her short in the back. And she cuts it off all over. To late to turn back because the top of my head was to short.
Also my sides don't match 1 side is longer.
I would like a refund. For what ever the 30.00 not worth it.

Very warm and inviting salon. Stylist were very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall great experience.
Hair type: Bleached, dried out and thick. Marcy was very helpful with helping me choose how much to cut off and still accomplish the styles I wanted to achieve.
Stylist: Marcy was great! Was very helpful and knowledgeable as I wasn't completely sure on what I wanted to do with my hair. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Spent over 200 on a dye job for my daughter that didn’t even take. Tons of her natural hair color is showing through. What a waste of money and time. Marcy tried to blame it on thick hair when my daughter has thin hair. No offer to correct it just lip service. Never ever will I come back to a Supercuts again and especially the one Marcy works at.In response to your response, who else should I blame for my daughters hair not being dyed properly if not the person doing it. It is amazing that what you are saying Marcy is saying, both my daughters said did not happen. To talk about my parenting choice by me not being present in the salon is out of line, as I was in the truck outside your salon and being texted by my eldest daughter throughout and she does not have the same recollections of the appointment as you are stating. It was rushed and poorly done, and no offer of correcting it was given to any of us, until you are now stating it could be corrected in your response. However my 13 year old daughter is very upset and would not want Marcy or this salon doing anything further to her hair. To comment on her being talked out of it, both my daughters said that did not happen, the full cost was not discussed with them either as you expressed, cut and style was a trim of ends and blown dry is all, and to bring up roots showing, long time to grow out and hair products has absolutely nothing to do with the problem. What ever your excuses or redirection of fault are, the natural hair is showing through in many random spots so It was not done properly from the start, looks horrible and cost far too much for the services we were provided with. A young girls first time experiencing a salon, a salon supposed to be a economic choice for my pocket book, turned out to be an awful experience for her. I should have viewed the other publicly expressed opinions here in reviews before I used your salon as it seems many have had issues and I am sure I will not be the last. I definitely do not recommend this business.Service: Hair coloring
