When I say this is a place you should avoid….i mean it. Charles the manager will be real nice until he gets your money. When it is time to take measurements for the “fitting” he absolutely rushed it. I still had white chalk lines on my pant and jacket when I got it back. The pants were not done correctly and the jacket was not altered at all. When I showed the workers this they said “Charles isn’t available today”. After that they sent the tailor home right in front of me. They knew he was the only one that could fix the situation. I was left with zero options. The old man working at the time did a terrible job trying to fix the situation. I ended up wearing a different suit to the wedding the following day. Waste of time and 600$WORST fitting experience of MY LIFE!!!I will never be back!AVOID!

I’ve shopped here three times and I’ve always had a good experience. I bought a jacket and belt yesterday and the gentlemen helping me was so nice. Some how i grabbed the wrong size belt. I didn’t even notice until this guy comes up to me in the mall and explains I had the wrong belt. Talk about customer service ! Thanks man I appreciate you doing that

We had originally gone into Stars for our 2020 wedding. Had myself measured and found the perfect suit. Had it put on hold. Unfortunately due to Covid, we had to postpone our wedding to 2021. So we went through all the proper steps to make sure we’d be back into their store when we were ready for suits. So, we called and made an appointment to go back in to get the ball rolling. Arrived in the (Pen Center) store and they pulled out our suit, only it was not the suit we had originally chosen. Not even close. My fiancé immediately told them it was not the same suit, to which they argued and said it was. So she pulled up a picture of our suit on her phone. They searched the whole store, only to find that they don’t carry that suit anymore, and the associate who we originally dealt with no longer works there. How convenient. We are quite shocked at the lack of organization that was demonstrated. Having to deal with the Choas of planning a wedding through a pandemic, and to have this seemingly simple task, go so wrong. We were not even contacted once about the status of our order sitting in their store, even though they have all our information. Supremely disappointed with this service and will be glad to take our business to an establishment not run by clowns.

My fiancé and I are nervously hunting for a suite and the two ladies at the counter we’re friendly and helpful. We haven’t searched all our options yet for a suite but so far Stars has been the best experience. Plus they do their alterations in store.
