Spent just under $300 and was asked if I wanted a bag for $2. Very very tacky as a company to charge for a bag after spending that much. I walked out carrying everything in my hands( and I have a cast on my broken foot)

One of the better locations, larger and well staffed with a good selection of sports items. This is my go to for hockey equipment and shoes. The manager Aj is very nice also. Check them out, they often have great sales as well!!

Their return policies are pretty bad. My son had his birthday a few days ago and he got a gift from this store, but the size doesn't match. I went to the store to try to exchange it for the correct size, but I didn't have the purchase receipt and they didn't help me with just the size change, in addition to the bad attitude of the cashier. After this, I will try to make my purchases somewhere else.

Yesterday I experienced a real professional! Keenan went above and beyond the call of duty!not only was he knowledgeable in his profession and hooked us up with all our needs.but most impressed that he saw us as humans and not as a sale and took the time to get to know our story. He may not know it but, not all heroes wear capes!His patience, compassion and empathy has made more of an impact than anyone can truly understand. This man’s mother should know she did an outstanding job raising this man! Thank you

Bought a pair of shoes for my son because his went missing. After finding them a couple days later brought the shoes back for return. Could not find the receipt. My fault on that. However they would not look up the purchase in their system because I paid cash and refused to take them back for return or store credit without proof of purchase....they have a sport Chek sticker on them and a family in front of me were buying the same shoes in the same box.....I will take my business elsewhere moving forward. There are plenty of other options with better return policies.

went in to buy some skis a few days ago and John helped me out. He was great, knew his stuff, very accomodating, kind and patient, he explained everything well and was overall just kind and I could tell he enjoyed his work!
