We went to Sleep Country to test out some mattresses and pillows and loved the service provided by Arvind. He was very friendly and helpful. Told us to take all the time in the world to explore the store and helped narrow down the best option for us. There was no sales pressure and it made the experience very enjoyable. We strongly recommend Arvind for his expertise and knowledge and will send him all our friends and family looking to upgrade their Mattresses.

Came in to gather information about mattress options and test some out. The staff are very knowledgeable and personable. At no point did we feel pressured into a decision, they were there to give us good info and offer us great deals within our price range. I had priced out bed-in-a-box style mattresses online - don't bother. You can go into the store, get hands on with a high-quality product, and get exceptional customer service for the same cost. There is a reason they still exist in a world of online sales, we will be buying our next mattress with Sleep Country.

It’s taken me a while to write this but I feel it’s necessary to spread the word at this point.
This was back in May.
We were ripped off purchasing a mattress from this location. It was a used mattress (hotel bed) that was cleaned and delivered with no problem. We were told we were getting a deal so silly us we decided to jump on it. 1800$ for a used mattress is honestly an incredible rip off. We were also not made aware the frame was not included. After tax and being sold extremely expensive pillows our bill was 2600$. Please do not let the workers talk you into rushing to buy a mattress. This was of course final sale no exceptions which we were ALSO not made aware of, so now we are stuck with a mediocre mattress that we paid WAY beyond what it would have been brand new. We were suckers so that you don’t have to be. Stay clear and go to Costco or somewhere that doesn’t cost 2 months worth of rent for a single mattress.

Doug was very professional and accommodating. He has a great deal of experience and provided my wife and I an extensive range of options very quickly, so that we could make an informed decision on our mattress. He was even able to ensure our delivery in a timely manner according to our schedule. I would highly recommend Doug at the lake street location any time you need to upgrade your mattress. We made a purchase a month ago but unfortunately when it was delivered it was not what we had bought. we went to the SC store with the salesman Doug Tyndall he gives poor customer service. He says that the company only cares about selling and that is his function.
