Amazing staff! We adore them all dearly and so does our dog! Our dog was a rescue and very timid. We adopted her just before Covid so most of her socialization with other people came from the staff at Ruffins. Our dog really opened up to Bonnie and Christine and we cannot thank them enough for being so kind and patient with our pup! We frequently use their spa services and before we had to purchase prescription food, we bought her food and treats from here. They also have a great seasonal selection of winter dog coats! Our dog’s favourite treat (when she had all her teeth) was the Tartar Buster (as seen in photos haha)

Was recommended here by numerous people for our dog that can be difficult at times. I am so pleased by the end result, I didn’t even recognize him when he came out. Was fast and friendly. We will be back.

What a friendly greeting I received, as soon as I walked through the door. I explained what I needed and was escorted to what I was looking for. A world of difference from a big box store that points you to "aisle 12".Cricket and I will be sure to return!

Came to Ruffins today as my little peanut was sprayed by a skunk. They got me in within 2 hours and fixed her up! They were very nice and made me feel better about the stinky experience! Thanks guys!

I am a second time customer, and was trying to make a second appt. with this salon. I spent over $175 dollars the first visit and tried to reach to make an appointment via telephone and also IM on FB and after the third attempt, have been via IM told to take my business elsewhere by who knows who. Now I am going to retaliate to the fullest. I was very happy with first cut and also bought product in the store. I know many people in Merriton having worked and lived there at the old A&P from day one to when it closed, and you can bet I will be spreading the word about the treatment I received from this store. This is going to cost you plenty in lost sales but then again you can afford it right??????

We frequently have our Cairn groomed with Karen and she's an absolute sweetheart with our pup. The staff are kind and considerate, and even offered to deliver a big bag of dog food after learning I was to walk home with it. Really exceptional service.
