Today is the 2nd time I've been refused a reincheck this summer. Meat department was all out of sale item and said to grab a reincheck from customer service ...customer service "front end assistant" refused to give me one. If you do not have enough product to supply your customers than why put it on special to begin with and if you are going to give such a hassel over reinchecks than why even bother offering them?

Superstore....don't have your employees argue or shame.
I wasn't disrespectful or angry. I followed the key commands set up at self service. Why do your employees feel the need to point out something pointing to your customers as if they're idiots.
No wonder I dislike coming here.

I tried to return factory defective toy with the receipt, they said it's impossible, after manager told me it's impossible they showed up with 3 people I'd don't know why ,I guess they were hoping for a fight or something, anyway they had time for that but no time to maintain this store

Will never shop in this store again…
Did groceries tday at 11:35 ish… clerk ( male, tall w dark ponytail) announced YOUR CARD IS DECLINED!!!!!!! Loud and clear for ALL to hear!!!!
I quickly told him not possible!
Went to ATM ( pc financial) 15 ft away, IN your store!!!! and got the cash from same acct….very annoyed!!
CLEAN YOUR MACHINES AND TEACH YOUR STAFF SOME DISCRETION !!!!
That’s the last visit for me… after so many times frustrated w your staff and store…
I currently spend $700 per month here… might be nothing to you..(big Galen chain store ) but someone else will gain it!

Good selection of drinks and healthy products but the produce is like it was 4-5 years ago, rotten and filled with bugs.Despite a cleaner aisle and storage and upgraded refrigeration, the quality is still bad.

Terrible produce. I went in the other day and the bin full of navel oranges was going moldy and left unchecked. Bought a bell pepper that looked fine on the outside, got it home and the seeds inside were coated in mold. The carrots are always the consistency of al dente pasta, and that's the rule rather than the exception. The rest of the store is ok, but the produce section really needs work. I will be foregoing buying produce here and going across the street to Farm Boy or Harvest Barn for it.

Never enough cashiers. Ever. Always waiting in huge lines.
Ask for help finding something. Tell you the aisle that you've already checked and that's it. No further help than that.

AVOID The Mobile Shop phone store at the front. Sold me a piece of garbage bugged phone and won't clean their voicemail. edit: years later i have stopped going to Superstore entirely. Other stores seem to carry stuff i want much more often at better prices. i also do not appreciate how big and badly organized the place is making it hard to find specific things without a lot of wasted time.
ALSO superstore is part of the Loblaws boycott.
