We havent had our quagga for long, but are super happy with the aesthetic and quality. Carl was super responsive and helpful in helping us get the frame outside of their free shipping zone. Even though we had to pay extra to get it to us, it was still worth it!

I recently purchased the No Fuss Plus bed, and it was easy to assemble. This is my second Quagga bed, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something solid and simple. I love how no box spring is needed. Carl answered all of my questions, and the whole process was a breeze! Thank you!

I bought the tic tac toe full size bed frame in 2019. Best purchase I’ve ever made for furniture. It’s incredibly durable and the design is super easy to assemble and disassemble between moves. It was also easy to clean under it as it sits high enough off the floor to fit storage and vacuum.I see that there have been issues from commenters about their customer service, shipping and the new no fuss design bed frames. I think given the small scale of this company, change will be slow. The tic tac toe bed was made really sturdy. The boxy design of the base also allows the horizontal and vertical slat pieces to be protected during shipping.My suggestion is that if you’re ordering a bed I’d recommend their tic tac toe so it survives shipping.It’s difficult to predict how shipping will go, and not all deliveries are without problems.I hope they address their response times for customer service as I do believe this company has potential to grow. They do make really good quality items that are affordable compared to the market today for quality furniture not made overseas or have huge markups and terrible quality.

A brilliant design and excellent quality. Frame fit together seamlessly in 15 minutes (I like to take my time :) I swear my bed is more comfortable. Service was top notch and it's all made in Canada. I ordered it Sunday and it was delivered to rural NS by the following Friday. Love this platform. Thinking of ordering more. Highly recommend.

Bought a No Fuss Plus in January 2023 which arrived broken. Contacted Quagga and they said they would send another one.In my experience they have been very unresponsive, and no tracking has been sent since February for the replacement when I was told by the owner that I would recieve tracking for the replacement later that day. Quagga has not responded since saying they would send tracking.April will mark 3 months since purchase which is days away. I still don't have a bed.The issue was broken slates at the join, and a slat that had material coming out of the layers of plywood.I'm extremely disappointed and can't recommend this company until they improve customer service.Update:1 months later after opening BBB case, they contacted me and sent another bed, unfortunately this bed has warped pieces (presumably had stored in damp place as not raining out in BC) This lead to emails that were not replied in a timely manner. Eventually he said he had refunded, but a week later there still is no refund. 6 months later Ontario Consumer Protection will take over. Buyer beware.Service: Furniture design

Fantastic business. I bought the tic tac toe bed last year and it hasnt had any problems and is perfect for people that need to move around often. They're responsive and help you out over email if there are any issues as well. You COULD go for a trash 200 dollar frame from amazon, or invest in a reliable wood frame made by a Canadian business that'll last you much longer, and feel better about it too.

I got the rustic king size bed frame. Great design, easy to out together and sturdy. It required a signature when delivered which was a challenge because I wasn't aware of that before it was shipped, but it came quickly.

After an entire year of waiting for it to be in stock, we ordered our No Fuss Plus bed frame. We were so excited when it finally arrived, assembly was simple. However, upon getting up off the bed from a nap the next day, one of the wooden slats snapped in half. The website says the frame supports up to 600 lbs, and it was just me on the bed and I am less than half of that. I took the mattress off to remove the broken slat and replace it with one of the extras I was saving for when I eventually upgrade to a king sized bed (one of the main reasons I bought this particular bed frame in the first place). Before putting the mattress back on, I tried pushing down slightly on the slats just using my hands. They bent like crazy. I understand some bending is natural but they bent A LOT with very little pressure being put on them. I don't know why it says you can use this bed frame without a box spring when obviously one is needed to help distribute the weight across the slats more evenly. I had to order a box spring immediately (an extra $300 expense to me!) to avoid breaking the other slats. I am very disappointed with the quality of the wood used. I suspect because they were out of stock for so long, maybe they changed their wood supplier and got inferior quality wood because all the other reviews we saw said it was great quality. I contacted Quagga support and explained the problem and my frustrations and asked if they could send us a replacement slat or else we would not be able to extend it to king size in the future. They did, but did not give us any suggestions or much of an apology for our bad experience. With the added box spring, it is holding up for the time being but is not ideal because now it creaks. I would have loved to be able to use it without, since Quagga advertises the non-squeakiness, but the quality is just not good enough to allow this. I cannot recommend the No Fuss Plus to anyone in it's current state. Maybe the other frames are more sturdy or built with better wood, but I'm very disappointed with Quagga and will not be shopping with them again in the future.Service: Furniture design

The Rustic wasn't in stock so I got the Flex. Was doubtful as it looks so weird compared to any bed frames I have ever seen. But I really wanted one that doesn't squeak. Im super impressed. It is sturdy. Easy to assemble. Can easily vacuums under the bed. Threw out my old expensive huge bed frame and got this one. Well priced. Great design. Simply elegant. Minimalistic.

Great Company, I purchased the Tic Tac Toe bed from them. Fastest funriture I have ever put together--modern, minimilistic and super sturdy, real wood and no creeks or movement of the mattress at all even during game time ;). Answered all my questions via chat quickly. Only negative and thing I wish they offered was painting the beds. I almost picked a different bed just because I would have to paint this one. They gave me tips how to paint it and I will eventually. Overall great price, value, and design all from a Canadian Made Small business! Would reccomend to anyone and 100% will buy future products!

I received the no fuss plus bed frame in June with multiple pieces splitting and bowing. I have contacted your customer service weekly through multiple emails and calling long distance, leaving multiple messages. You are aware of this issue yet you are not responding. I want to support small businesses and this is a terrible way to treat your customers. Please address this issue.

I initially made a mistake and ordered the wrong size of the tic tac toe. I emailed Quagga customer service the very next day and Carl got back to me instantly with a free return.I just recieved the correct size (took less than 10 mins to assemble after delivery) and love it. My daughter had a squeaky bed and it drove her nuts. This solves the problem and converts from a twin to a double easily if she wants a bigger bed later on. Looks great too and seems high quality. Reasonably priced - excellent product!
