I've been with Singar's pharmacy since they opened in their first location.When I thought I had to change pharmacies due to driving issues I was heartbroken. I called them guilt ridden and crying explaining I'd have to change to a closer pharmacy to me.They not only reassured me, but personally promised (and have ever since) drop off my medications way out of the way because they value their costumers that much!I will never change my pharmacy. I love these guys and I consider them family!Thank you for all that you guys do Singar, Charleen and Rose! ?

I have recently switched to Singar's Pharmacy after having been a customer of another pharmacy for over 40 years (moved, so geographically closer) and I am so thrilled with the service I have received. Singar and Charlene are not only so friendly and welcoming but absolutely amazing making sure there is no interruption in any of my prescriptions. My cousin too is a customer and feels exactly as I do with the truly professional and courteous service. Ty Singar and Charlene, I am so grateful and appreciative!

I recently switched to this pharmacy when I moved to St Catharines from Hamilton. The staff are truly amazing!!! I've honestly never been treated with so much respect and kindness!! I would recommend using this pharmacy to everyone!!!

I got booster shot there today and it was fast and easy. They were very pleasant and helpful. They're handy to where I am so it was not even a five minute walk. I think I may start getting my prescriptions there because it was an enjoyable experience.

The ONLY pharmacy my family and I go to even after we moved to Virgil last year. Love to see Singar and Sharlenes' smiling faces and great service the whole time. Wish I can give them a 10 stars review. THE best pharmacy in Niagara region ;)

Don't know the area and I am walking with a cane. I did get there earlier because I didn't want to take any chances. There is nothing around this pharmacy and I have no car.The young woman asked me to return later. How far can I really go with my disability and restaurants don't seat people right now? It showed a lack of common sense, empathy or compassion. First impression wasn't good even if it is with a smile.Being a pharmacy, they deal with disabled, elderly, individuals with chronic pain or conditions that make dealing with a hot day harder. If they had the maximum number of people in the store it might have been understandable. I was the only one there for much of the time.They made me wait right up until the booking even though there wasn't much happening in that pharmacy. There were four seats and they were texting people to come in who were on the waiting list (naturally they were given a shot first).When I half jokingly asked if they were really going to make me wait until 1 pm one of the things that the pharmacist (or owner) said was : "We do other things than Covid shots you know." Let me tell you, it didn't look like a beehive of activity there. Just Covid?IMO it wasn't necessary for me to be in that store for that long. It took that pharmacist less than a minute to administer the shot. They cited protocol but I found it hard to believe. I've booked appointments at pharmacies before and often times they will let you in earlier if there is time.When I left the store, it was pouring rain. The young woman said "Oh you can stay if you want." By that time I was too annoyed and would rather face the rain going home than spend another minute there.Will most likely never go to another Pharmasave if this is the attitude of their pharmacists and owners. I certainly won't go for a second shot at this pharmacy.
