Went there August 31st at 10:20, the girl working wouldn't let me cash out my lottery tickets because her shift is ending and told me I'd have to wait 10 minutes to cash my tickets out and I told her "really, why" and held my anger in knowing she just doesn't want to work, asked to buy a lottery ticket and she randomly grabbed a 10$ ticket and threw it on the counter and I said I wanted to pick out my own tickets and I don't want one ticket. She has a nasty attitude and her work ethic is dreadful, I don't understand how someone can be like that and can't even scan 4 tickets, take the receipts, sign them and put them away & let me buy 5 tickets just because her shift is ending in 10 minutes

So I understand why the gas station would be closed for shoppers to go inside between 12 and 4 am, however, they have a way for you to pay through a little box at the side of the building by the cash register. Here’s my issue- you can only pay for something if you have tap on your card. A few months ago I paid for something through that window when they would physically hand you the debit machine. Last night I went there to make a purchase where I was expected to hand my card to the employee inside. I’m not exactly comfortable just handing my card to an employee to tap for me. I was not shown my total through either the pos, or the debit machine. He could’ve charged me whatever he wanted at that point. Customers need to be able to see their total through that machine before using their card on it. Shady practice you got going on there.

Best price of gas in the city

Gas prices are often really reasonable here, I usually get my gas from this Petro-Canada whenever I'm downtown. I've never had any issues until today. Today I had a really unnerving experience when I went inside to pay for my gas with a gift-card (I was only purchasing gas) and was asked for my ID. I'm in my 20s and this has never happened to me. When I asked the cashier why he needed my ID, he said he said he had to ensure I was 18 as you need to be 18 to pump gas. I'm fairly certain the legal age in Ontario to pay for gas is 15. As a young woman, this was a little concerning.

I would give them a 0 star if I can but they lied to me that the washroom doesn’t work and that it needs a plumber and then they lie again, and say that it’s just not for public when I have a four years old child … No

The price is always very good, and there is an automatic refueling handle. It is a must-visit gas station when you come to the waterfall.

Disrespectful service - refused to allow customers to use the washroom and just tell lies that the washroom is out of order. Spending $100 on gas, buying drinks and other grocery and don’t even allow a washroom. Never coming here for gas ever again!!

Amazing business, ran out of regular gas and offered a higher grade at the same price to satisfy the customer.

Best thing about this Petro Can is the pump handle has the hands free lever like they all had 30 years ago. I can clean my windshield while the tank fills
