Unfortunately this location has gone downhill. Poor management, awful policies and bad customer service. We used to love this location. You lost our business today.

Good morning
If I could give this gas station a 0 rating I would. I just had a terrible experience at this gas station on Wednesday September 18 at around 8:45 am. I understand the prepaid pumps. When I went inside to pay the cashier I could hardly understand her and she noted that I wanted the regular grade gas when I wanted the higher grade. She went ahead and refunded my debit card and I had to pay again for the higher grade. The gas station wasn't too busy and this waisted about 10 mins or more which I felt was a bit too much when I was back and forth to the pump until she corrected it. I also had to ask her for my copy of the refund receipt which she pulled from the garbage. If your comany thinks this is professional I will tell you that it isn't . I will never be back to this location. I use a Petro Canada station in Niagara Falls and I am treated very well there.

Just got the super whatever car wash the most expensive one paid almost 20 dollars it was supposed to clean the rims and everything I wasn’t expecting perfect but I was atleast expecting somewhat clean, I closed my mirrors like instructed and the wash still almost took off my mirror we also didn’t get the coloured soap like I paid for I don’t care about the colours but my son was super disappointed

Paid 20 dollars for a cash wash and when I went home had to wash it again as nothing came off of my car (bird poo, dead bugs, windshield as well was still dirty). What a complete waste of 20 dollars. Never be back again!

You’re going to have to clean your car before and after the car wash here. “Just run it through again” is the solution but after a couple of times of this and it always being an issue is it really worth it?

Air pump is not maintained. Low pressure, bad seal on nozzle. It will take your money alright! Wasted $4 and a half an hour to learn… #*%¥!

Okay so Petro CA you obviously are not concerned with your BRAND image based on the inadequate service from this location at Bunting!! If the vacuum doesn't work HOW HARD CAN IT BE to PUT the OUT OF SERVICE sign on the coin intake port rather than I
lose my hard earned $$. So Mr Muhammed - the Mgr I will be calling as I would highly appreciate a refund of my $$. I habe been coming here for years and this is the last straw.

I recently had an issue at this station where there was some damage to my vehicle and the location manager, Muhammed, couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. He assisted me with the repair and went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road safely. Thanks again for everything.

Terrible service. Their car wash wouldn't move my car in, and when I went to tell them that, they argued with me and decided they needed to review their security cameras before they'd give me my money back.I had pre-ordered dinner to pick up so I didn't have time to argue and wait, so I left without getting my refund or my car wash. I went back a few hours later to complain about it, and the cashier was the same one as before, and I told her what happened, and I continued to get an argument.She then got their manager on the speakerphone, who started to threaten me. He yelled at me that he was going to come down to "straighten me out".And today when I went to pay, their pay at the pump was broken, so I had to go inside, and the girl at the counter told me that I needed to guess exactly how much gas I needed and pre-pay for exactly the right amount.Not the authorization that they usually do where you authorize your card for more than you need and it refunds the difference, but I needed to know exactly how much and if I guessed too much, they weren't going to refund me.The people who run this location are nuts. Avoid it like the plague.
