Called to see if he could take a link out of a watch band, before I could finish my question he says I can't help you, I asked if he knew anyplace nearby , nasty, he said you will have to call around. I was interested in buying something else besides and maybe a new watch. I never got to that point. He was short and totally not helpful. I will tell any looking to stay away minus stars if possible

Best jeweller in Niagara. This place has been around for years for good reason. My parents and many of my friends' parents have gotten their jewelry from here because they are honest and trustworthy. A lot of local jewelry shops actually send their repairs here. My husband got my engagement ring here as well as our wedding bands. The man who looked after us was extremely knowledgeable about jewelry. He is eccentric but he clearly knew what he was talking about as he was able to answer our questions, to which we Googled later and yes, he was right. I believe the man who helped us was a gemologist. He gave us a lot of options in our price range as well as ideas for settings. He provided us with all of the documentation for our insurance. Someone mentioned about the doors being locked. They've done this for years. It's to prevent theft, which unfortunately happens in this area. I also take my rings in to be cleaned yearly as well as to ensure the setting hasn't loosened. I highly recommend this business. If you're looking for the best quality jewelry, start here.

Petar’s Jewellery is not your average jewellery store. Upon walking into the store, you are blown away by all the beautiful and shiny jewellery displayed in the showcases as well as the large collection of figurines.
Having been trained and studied gemmology, the owner of Petar’s Jewellery truly can attest for all the jewels and speak levels to the quality. The owner is also able to share his knowledge and suggestions with his customers as well as introduce you to something new all together.
Having been here several times, I can assure you I have entered the store and have walked out very pleased. I would recommend this jewellery store to anyone looking for something special, as this store itself is a true gem.

Brought my engagement ring in to get a wedding band made, he told me due to the shape and a loose diamond that is "unfixable" I would need a whole new set because no one will touch my ring. I was very upset obviously. But I took my ring to Griffin jewellers at the pen, and they not only fixed the diamond petar deamed unfixable, but they also made me a beautiful custom band to fit around my engagement ring for under $1000.00.
Im not saying he's a bad jeweller, he just certainly wasn't helpful for my situation.

Great service and very knowledgeable. I purchased my engagement ring here and couldn't be happier with how it turned out (neither could she!) and how much I learned from the experience. The jeweler is very honest and trustworthy, I will definitely be returning for more. I definitely recommend going here, the pricing is very reasonable.
