Popped in today while passing through St. Cathrines and was greeted by the nicest man working. He was friendly and engaged in conversation while we quickly browsed and even wished us a great day before we left.
We aren't from the area, so it was nice to be acknowledged entering an establishment immediately.
Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but you'll definitely get great friendly service.

Oct,18th. Fantastic experience. Never been so thrilled to spend $270 dollars, haha. Exceptional customer service! Explained what exactly I was looking for and she hooked me up. Knew exactly what she was talking about. Answered all my questions effectively. Super patient, friendly and polite. I received exceptional service from Kimberly on Saturday! I usually go to work authority because they discount my region 10%. I asked about a discount , wasn’t too concerned about getting it really but she made it happen, so that was sweet. She was also super helpful in helping me take my time to buy the specific boots I wanted for my job. Then today she followed up with an email asking how everything was , great customer service , I’ll be returning in winter for sure for a winter pair!

just bought my first safety boots here, went a year ago but the selection was minimum, but now if you cant pick a pair out your in serous trouble. huge selection and polite staff

Consultants are pushed to sell you insoles, the manager here Kathleen Hall worked at staples for 20 years now she’s selling safety shoes… doesn’t know a single thing about the safety standards. Really makes you wonder what their hiring process is like.

I'm the mom that will spend a fortune on my kids and cheap out on myself. Finally decided to by myself a nice pair of shoes for work. The lady working was very polite and patient, and was very quick to grab what I wanted to try. And there was a gentleman in as well who was very friendly and let me know he has a truck that will stop by my work occasionally for if/when I need new shoes. Overall highly recommend this place if you are looking for variety, quality, and amazing employees.
