Another store that has been totally redone and it much better than it used to be, and it wasn't bad before. Clean, organized and still reasonably priced although the prices seem to have gone up since the redo. Still a great place to find deals. ?

Went to drop off some donations and the guy told us he didn't want our donation and was quite rude to us. Basically saying he didn't want to do his job. We dropped some stuff off and then he told us he didn't want the rest of it. We ended up donating it to another thrift store. Which is fine we will gladly take our donations where they are wanted. But you don't have to be rude to the people who are providing you donations (which is how your business makes money). It could have been said in a nice way or told us they couldn't take any more donations for the day.

Why do you charge tax ..you are a non.profit Christon store with only used goods . Check it out no one else does. Maybe Christon should be removed

Excellent book selection with great prices! I found Rupi Kaur's book, Milk & Honey for 75 cents! And a copy of Eddie Jakus' book, The Happiest Man on Earth" for $1.50!

Not impressed! Especially with the tax the store charges! I asked the cashier why is there a tax(?) when other charity shops do NOT charge taxes! She became very upset with me and told me it was for supporting the organization they help! That is b.s. Supporting an organization or charity is choice, NOT a tax! Something isn't right, and this charity shop is doing something 'fishy'. ?

Walked into store with my credit card sized wallet 15 minutes before closing so moving quickly through store. Within 60 seconds a worker was following me. I touched one item to see price and then walked to another section saw an item and grabbed it and headed towards cash and then heard the manager and worker talking about calling the police. I had no idea they were wanting to call the police on me until I got to the cash register and they asked if I planned on paying for my items. WOW....yes thats why I am standing at cash.This whole thing happened in about 5-6minutes. WORST experience EVER!!!!!!!!! St. Catharines location.
