Recently last weekend saturday went for my hyundai accent engine oil change and the support team said i need to go for an transmission oil change as well based on my 150k km mark. I opted for transmission oil change as-well but figured out that they just drained the transmission oil from my car and used the same oil to fill my car again. I saw a old can full of oil passed from work pit to the man who filled it again in my car . Its not good at all to do this kind of business and trick customer. I just think they want to charge the customer 120$ simply in addition on top of 100$ for engine oil change . I dont recommend this location for transmission oil change and i believe they just dont have new transmission oil

Got my breaks done, with a bonus oil change afterwards, made an appointment they got me in same day, which I felt pretty lucky they were able to, as I don't get many days off. Customer service felt genuinely like everyone in there really enjoyed their job, and were happy to take care of us, our car came out running soooooo smooth. They sure know how to make the process of spending money on a car worth it. Money well spent. Would give them 10 stars if it were possible. Just appreciated the whole process. -Josie

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Best Customer Service and efficiency I have ever experienced in the car world . I have been to dealerships and big box name places and this place is BY FAR the best ! These guys are not in it to rip you off like other places and extremely knowledgable. Frank was fantastic at explaining everything to me because it was my first time here and this man knows what he is talking about ! Hanna was also so wonderful to talk to while she was getting everything set up for me . I will be back 100% ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first experience wasn't a good one but that was 5 + years ago. I recently went back and my experience was 10x better.. I came in for an oil chance and wasn't expecting air to be put in my tires. The mechanics didn't talk to me like I was dumb. The communication is top tier.

Dealing with floor staff was good..looked after my wifes car no problems. My major issue was wrong size oil filter was installed plus crossthreaded on my f150..leaked alot of oil from filter seal... this was in March will not bring my vehicles back in

Amazing staff and I had a great and friendly experience. As I didn't know her name but someone described her as "the girl who kind of reminded me of Miley Cyrus", was super cool! She told me I needed special bolts from honda dealership in order to fix the cover under my car. When I came back with the bolts they fixed it for me at no charge! The girl remembered me and even remembered my car. I never thought I'd find a friendly mechanic but here we are.

Please watch in this locations the owner is scam if he trading to sale you more you need in your car be careful guys and hi ling if hi say your scan plat under your car is broken don't trust. Jiffy lub is good place but not in this locations no trust here me never go back in this lucacan again.

Went here for my first visit today. Just needed an oil change, nothing more. I was in and out in fifteen minutes, Which really sped up and already busy day. Staff and technicians were all polite and courteous, and very helpful. No one tried to upsell me anything which is also greatly appreciated. I generally know what I need in advance and have no problem asking for it. The price for a full synthetic oil change was completely reasonable, not to mention the extra points of attention and inspection on my car. Well done to the staff at Jiffy Lube on Hartzel road!

I just had an exceptional experience the girl who kind of reminded me of Miley Cyrus upsold me filter which quite frankly I could have done myself but chose to allow the upsell even helped me with my rear blade and didn't even try to upsell knowing I didn't like that because of our conversation that we were having
