Ordered a used Nikon Monarch 60ED scope from Henry's and received wonderful customer service from Angel. I asked for a personal inspection on the scope before I purchased (as I wasn't able to see it first) and received a good report so I ordered it. It was packed up and sent the same day, only took 5 days to arrive in BC, and I've been happily trying it out for 2 days. Really great views through excellent Nikon optics makes for a great birding experience!

Went in to print pictures, extremely friendly staff very helpful. The quality of the prints was much better than wal Mart or Costco and twice as fast. The price was comparable to both. 10/10 will be back.

As a part of my profession, I'm required to take photos on a daily basis for inclusion in reports. Recently, I was having exposure issues on a random basis and I couldn't determine whether it was the camera or the external flash. Not having made an appointment, I walked into Henry's thinking that they would ask me to leave the equipment with them so that they could examine it, which would have been entirely reasonable. Instead however, I was greeted by Micartney, who promptly conducted numerous tests of the camera and external flash and was able to determine that the problem was with the flash itself. He did so knowing that I likely wouldn't be purchasing anything, as it's my employer who's responsible for replacing any defective equipment. He spent close to half an hour ensuring that his diagnosis was correct and told me to come back any time with any other questions I had about the camera. I've found that 'customer service' is hit and miss these days and that you can't always count on getting the excellent level of service I did in this situation. With Micartney's diagnosis, I was able to have my employer exchange the flash through our vendor, without having to wait days or weeks. Many thanks!

Ordered prints online 2 weeks in advance of our event that we needed them for. After just over a week since ordering I called asking where my photos were since that seems like a ridiculous amount of time to print photos and ship them to the store, only to be told "ya we don't have them, you'll get a text when they're ready" and then hung up on.
A day before the event I was able to pick them up - lucky me I guess? They quality was OK but I definitely expected better for the price. Walmart has better prints for cheaper ??♀️

All of the sales people here at St. Catharine's are great! Emily and the store manager were very supportive and helpful in helping me with an order. Nothing can replace dealing with real people and a storefront. This is why I have been a customer with Henry's since their first store here in the city.

I always get great customer service from Henry's St Catherine's location. At this time I'd like to recognize a specific staff member named McCartney who is always more than ready to give a helping hand and helpful advice whenever I go to the store. So kudos to the team of the store, keep up the good work in great customer service!
