Racial Discrimination towards my friend and I. We were looking for jewelry and shoes the lady closing on February 7th 2024 at around 8.30pm was very rude and provided inadequate servics. Kindly consider hiring personable people than those who racially profile individuals. It is offensive. The fact that she was clearly talking about our colour with another associate and the moment we approached to cash out I heard her saying "oh never mind they're coming towards the check out as well." While looking at us. The service was also terrible. She barely made efforts. I do have the receipt if you need more information.

Store manager gave me wrong instruction on how to send a return. They said they can't do a return for a damaged, faulty item in store. Told me to go to Canada Post inside of Shoppers Drugmart to print the label and drop off the Purolator return. The staff at Canada Post look at me like im dumb, but the store manager at H&M told me to come there to send in the return package. I should have not listened to her. Had to go all the way to Staples to drop off the return to Purolator. A basic employee at the store dont know the procedure of returning a falsy item. Not very helpful and waste of my time.

I liked the store. They have some good stuff and prices are Allright. I am now refusing to shop here anymore after the way I saw them treating 2 women that were in the store while I was there. The one lady had a piece of clothing that went missing from the fitting room ? Seemed strange, then one of them asked if they could get the one off the manikan, they said they couldn't do that ......since when? Are they not in the business of selling clothes. There is some serious racism going on in this store. Everyone is equal and everyone deserves respect. BOYCOT H&M!!!!!
