I went to purchase some decorations. The old lady at the cashier section was so humble and happily offered wrapping my items even when I declined a bag. Good customer service

I went to the good will, and did not have a good experience as the worker did not have a great attitude. I wanted to try something on and was waiting in line, and then this woman walked up to the change room and stole it when someone came out even though we were waiting in line, we told the person working that we had been waiting and she didn’t seem to care. After making many rude remarks we decided to leave.

I come to this location alot, the employees are always so nice and welcoming, I also donate often, but, last time I was here with my sister, she bought something, left and came to return it same-day but we were told we could exchange it by the manager so we did. We had our items and went up to the counter to exchange and then a different employee tells us we can't exchange items so we had to pay full price again.

Ew, I came here to exchange broken recycling bins and the lady working there was such a Karen. Ill never donate to this location again. Went to the goodwill on welland Ave and had a completely different experience.

Prices are too high for a lot of items at this location, and the staff are stubborn or reluctant to discount items because of damage or defects. If goodwill could actually bring "thrift" back into this store, and promote better customer service, it would improve the overall customer experience one expects from goodwill.

Just wanted to say that the man working as a cashier on March 27th, 2023 had the sweetest soul. He was making all of the customers smile, myself included. He deserves a raise!!!

It's good, although it can take a bit of time to get the right size. You can bring in some clothes to get a card stamped which eventually gives you a discount on your purchase. I always leave this store with something, which is what a good thrift store does for me.

Just assume any electronics you purchase here are broken. Prices have increased to a point where it is rare any “deals” will be found.
