Well lit store. Good staff. Frozen foods spread out too much, on three walls plus several bunkers on the sales floor. The prices are not too bad. They could replace the rusty shopping carts.

Just want to leave a review for the young gentleman who helped me last night at around 7:30 pm (Sept 20th). I wish I asked his name but he's black, medium-build, wearing the Freshco T-shirt. I asked him where the Cheez Whiz aisle was. He was not sure and maybe because they did not have a lot of jars on displayso it's easy to miss but he told me ti just wait at my spot so I did not need to walk around looking for it alongside him. I told him that I did not mind but he walked so fast that I lost him. LOL. A couple of minutes later, he found me and handed me the jar. He went out of his way (literally) to look for the items and grabbed it for me. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars because the store needs improvement but for that guy alone, I give 5 stars for customer service ?

Showed up for 7am and waited for 20 minutes. Even made eye contact with girls inside and no one came to open the doors. Says it opens at 7.... even called and the girls inside didn't pick up the phone. Watched others go up to the door and leave. Then watched an employee access the doors and lock behind him. Don't even bother shopping here.

Been going here since the coughing disease started. Barnes to know most of the staff quite well during that time. Most of the staff know me by my hat. And during the coughing disease I was shopping for three people at once so the staff got to really know me well. The staff at your location work very hard and very well they put up with some interesting problems from time to time when I've been in there nothing major. All in all 99% of the stuff I have interacted with have been in a positive frame of mind and do not look overworked and burnt out I have been to other grocery stores and I could see the dead in the staff's eyes from being overworked and underappreciated

The one manager who has very shaky hands and red hair is absolutely disgustingly rude especially to her own staff. she started yelling at her own staff!! she was also very rude to me while checking me out and didn’t even scan my scene card. never coming back.

I've started shopping here more frequently due to their new points system, however I find one of their cashiers, Elizabeth to be so incredibly rude and snarky every single time I have the unfortunate luck of being in her check out. No idea how she still has a job.

Too long spent waiting at the checkout to give you my money. It's 2023 and you should really have self-serve but at a minimum you should have an express lane. I suggest the owner comes down on the weekend and observes how long the average customer has to wait. I've spent too much of my weekend waiting in lines at this location and I'll go to Ontario St where I've never had an issue getting served.

This Freshco is always well stocked, and always has many discounted items. My favourite is their cheese selection. With prices going through the roof, you can be sure to pick up a couple of deals every time you shop. They have a great selection of beer and wine, always a winner.

Really rude ignorant employee website say open at 7you have to look under fresco .com. ignorant rude April 15 2022 looking like fell of the bed no maner at all never shop there again just move in St.catherine
