I recently visited the store to inquire about a return that was past the 30-day policy. The employee explained that they couldn’t accept it, which is understandable and within policy. However, her approach was disappointingly rude and judgmental. I’m not sure if she was a manager or a regular staff member, but her attitude came across as unprofessional, and her facial expressions were quite off-putting. As a longtime customer who has spent a lot over the years, this experience was disheartening and has left a negative impression. I wouldn’t recommend this location to others based on this interaction.

Mikayla is the sweetest!!!! She was incredibly helpful and generously took the time to pick out some things she thought we would like, she nailed it by the way! Love her and this store so much. Definitelyy coming back! ❤️

Terrible customer service they don't even smile...and when u ask a question they look at u in very weird ways...not shopping here ever again....this place needs new employees

Not sure why the tall redhead lady (employee) thought it was ok to lean down and look completely in my bag from another store…as if I was stealing? It’s a mall what do you expect, seriously. Disrespectful in my opinion, as a retail worker myself in fact. Then went to try something on. Security was then there for some unjustified reason, to my knowledge, and I just felt very uncomfortable the whole time. Such behaviour not only undermines customer trust, but also reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for individual rights.

Horrible customer service. Very rude and nasty with the way she talked to me. Bought a pair of pants that turned out to be ripped when I bought them and she wouldn't let me return it. Nor my shirt that was bought in the wrong size. She wouldn't even exchange it for the right size.

Tall redhead giving bigot vibes. Went in, she said hello, I smiled… then she goes on to her headset and says “there is a language barrier” with the girl she just greeted. Like ok? Born and raised in Canada… but whatever. Definitely needs a diversity and inclusivity bootcamp.

Terrible service. My daughter went to return a dress never warn, had receipt, and tag still on the dress. The lady said is was “not sellable” as she pointed out details my daughter and I had never even seen on the dress prior to buying it. She made us feel un welcomed and talked down to us as if we didn’t belong. As working in a profession involving customer service it was disappointing hearing how an employee treated my daughter.

I had the WORST experience here. I had a dress, never worn, tags on, still had the receipt and EVERYTHING. They said i could not return the item because there were apparently a maybe 2 “sparkles” on it so they could “no longer sell it”… This dress had been in the same bag that i bought it in and clearly had never worn it… While this store has clothing items with stains, armpit stains, holes, and rips on display. Terrible customer service and didn’t even offer me another option or a gift card because i apparently could not return it.. Don’t waste your time here. never thought i would meet a customer service KAREENNNNN

Amanda from Dynamite Pen Centre was such a lovely soul. The romper i wanted was not available in my size and i was bummed but out of nowhere she found the last one for me in my size. She was really reassuring and super kind. 5 starts for her

Lady at the cash with the most cliche dream/feather tattoo believes she’s god’s gift to the world. Serious reality check needed there. Bought a shirt washed it once, asp per instruction, and the beads fell off, how are you going to give me attitude and tell me I can’t return a shirt that breaks first wash without use. Maybe your store should make better quality items for $70 and hire personable people.

Good experience with dynamite. The employee named Quora who works here is very sweet and helped me qith the styles and sizes. Even she suggested the best options where I can Buy Dynamite cloths in perticuler size and even more styles.Overall excellent experience shoping with dynamite!
