My grandfather asked if he could exchange something that he bought yesterday but he misplaced the receipt. A staff member stated she could not help and made no effort to help. My grandfather reacted by saying he's been a good customer over the years. The staff member replied by saying "Well, don't shop here anymore".

Absolutely love the indigo chain of bookstores..so happy with the books we bought there yest..we went back today for more!!

Smaller store but plenty of variety. I was pleasantly surprised today with a table of classic novels priced 3 for $10. Friendly staff.
