“My 85 yr old step dad Earl fell in the washroom at Old Navy on Dec 24th. We discovered him around noon. Employees were fantastic at helping. One young guy with Glasses and long dark curly hair called for security and they got Earl up with no trouble. My 75 yr old mom and I were looking for him as we lost track of him in the pen center. We're very grateful t the staff for all their help. Earl said he was not hurt. He was okay, said he only hurt his pride. My thanks to the staff for their helpfulness”

“I didn’t get the employees name but she had green hair and she was the sweetest person ever!!! She was so happy to help me and explain the difference between certain styles. I’ve worked in retail before and I know how exhausting it can be at times but this person genuinely seemed to care and enjoy what she does! She was very knowledgeable on product and store policies. I didn’t end up buying anything today but left with such a positive feeling thanks to this employee!!! “I went in to return items and possibly find a different size. The lady that helped was super nice and funny. She explained the sizes will differ base on material and size. She also confirmed that she had the same pants and they didn’t pill (big thighs problem lol). It was a super great encounter and I would go back again.
Update: I went back and she was just as pleasant as the time before. Oh and her name is Amber ?”
