I went to charm and Amna was so so helpful. Amna helped me find the cutest gold Daith ring she was also very kind. She also helped me pick a very pretty peridot ring. They offer free cleaning of their jewelry.

Stopped by here in Pen Centre and was greeted by a super helpful lady. She helped show my sister a watch she wanted for her birthday.After trying on a few she decided on one and it was also fitted to her size. She loves it. They had a really great sale on so now would be the time to buy treat yourself .?Definitely would recommend for customer service ??

After having a bad time at some other jewellery stores/companies, I decided to come to this store, and did not regret it! I had a few rings in mind that I had seen on their website and wanted to check them out. Mr.Bradley was there to help me. I ended up purchasing a ring, and I was completely satisfied with my choice, as well as with the price and quality of the ring. Mr.Bradley is everything you need; pleasant, helpful, informative and letting you have the time to decide. Some others push and rush you, just so they make a sale. But, Mr.Bradley listens well what do you want, and with all respect. Very pleasant experience! Thank you, and I will be back for sure!

Rebecca is wonderful . I came in today with 3 rings I needed sizing and Rebecca was very helpful . I wasn’t aware of all the perks you get when you get warranty on your jewelry here . She happily informed me that there was no charge for resizing my rings because of the warranty package I have . She then spent extra time organizing all my warranty papers for my 3 rings .100% recommend this store and Rebecca !Kate P
