Terrible experience at this location this morning. Had an 8am appointment for an oil change . Was told 45 mins. 45 mins later found out my car hadn’t even been boughten in yet . Then was told they were behind and it would be a couple hours . Completely unexceptable and I am so disappointed . We usually go to the Canadian Tire in Welland and have never had an issue .

Canadian Tire has stepped up their game technologically, which has made my life easier of late, whether it be finding an item down a specific aisle (blinking light on tag) or returning an unopened battery with no receipt, but discovered on rewards software, and store credit was given.

Don’t go to this Canadian Tire for auto parts. I waited almost 10 mins for my turn to order a part. The phone rings and the parts guy takes the call and starts to help the person on the phone…. Just order the part on amazon and have it the next day.

Very very poor services , they don’t care the time and respect the customer. They book your appointment but don’t hope they give you services at time . Number of time when you go for services they book your appointment but at the time of repair they said we don’t have parts right now it’s out of stock. I not even single time experienced . I figured out these things after lot of dealing. Totally bad services

Went in today to grab a battery for my car fob, was a really nice lady working at the cash (I didn't get her name!) When I finished the purchase, I went to the auto garage station where Dave helped me to replace the battery i had bought. He helped without hesitation and a great attitude. Knew what he was doing immediately and switched out the battery quickly for me! Thanks Dave!

I’m not pleased with the service at this establishment. We asked a employee for help in a crisis that needed to be dealt the same day and no one came. we waited 30 minutes for someone to come and they did not help us, we ended up watching youtube videos for clarification but never bought anything because we weren’t sure. horrible. do not appreciate this at all, will not be shopping here again

I am writing to express my concern about the unfair treatment I experienced at this store around 4:40 PM this afternoon.
Upon entering the store, I was asked by an employee to leave my backpack at the service counter, which I did. However, I later observed two other customers, both white women, shopping freely with their backpacks. When I questioned the staff member, I was told she "didn't notice" the others. This inconsistency in enforcing store policy made me feel singled out and treated unfairly.
I am deeply upset by this experience and request a formal apology from the employee involved and store management. I also ask for an explanation of how you will ensure this does not happen again.
