Took my vehicle in for a provincial safety. After waiting for 3 hours, I asked for a progress report and was told it would be another hour, to hour and a half. I asked what they had been doing for the past three hours and was told that they could just reschedule my appointment and I could come back later because they had been dealing with other jobs. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager told me they had been working on it the entire time. They cant even keep their stories straight! I told them I have been sitting there watching the car not be worked on the entire time, but they kept making excuses. After getting the safety report, it showed that they didnt start working on it until after I complained! Talk about caught in your lies! Stay away from this service department. If theyre going to lie about this, what else will they lie about

Not happy with service at service dept again. What’s with the staff do they hate the job or do they believe they are better than us. I’m so sorry we bought our tires there because of service dept. my husband is very immune compromised and had asked if he could drive car in and out so he’d be safe health wise. Then I asked if the mechanic could wear a mask, one employee said we don’t have a mask and the other annoyed one said she’d ask but came back said guys on lunch so doesn’t know. It’s a matter of life and death not a joke . Ffs! What wrong with your staff. This service is included with the purchase of our tires. So we don’t matter cause you aren’t bringing in cash. Customer service doesn’t matter. Well we’re done and hopefully can get this done elsewhere with caring people. Cheryl and Dan .

I have brought my here since 2008….never have had a bad experience!….just the other day I had a scary situation with my vehicle….was treated so kindly that I actually cried due to the world being so unkind to me in the last few years…the best staff ever❤️

I have already had three price tag difference experiences at this store. The tags are frequently misplaced and the manager always uses the premise that "a client moved the items", even when there are dozens of the same product together.
