Long wait. Slow service

Drivers never even attempt delivery. Everytime ive expected an order recently i go down to my mailbox to find a notice, but they never even rang my bell or tried to notify me that they attempted delivery. I'm getting really tired of ordering stuff to my building and it suddenly being at the post office making me go out of my way for a service i already paid for. What a joke.

Very poor service.Went to pick up a parcel that had been delivered there earlier in the day and was told 3 times that it wasn't there, even though the tracking number I gave the women behind the counter insisted it had arrived.Finally after telling me to come back later. The lady working there took a look in the back and came out with my package.Not so much as an apology for the inconvenience was offered. Just a bad excuse.

Excellent Shoppers / Canada Post location. Staff is helpful & polite, store, pharmacy & CP desk are all clean, organized & stocked.Just positive experiences.

Would be nice to have a friendly Customer Rep there. Same woman. Unfriendly/unapproachable! Asked a question, she yelled back for asking twice! cos she literally whispered d first time

I would like to give zero star if I can... customer rep here literally ignored us when we arrive and after I said “Hello”... minimal response for questions and a bad attitude that I don’t understand.. we were so disappointed and drove to another Canada post

Women working at the Canada post was not very friendly on the phone and told me that a service that Canada post does provide according to the web site doesn't exist and told me I just miss read the information and that what I was asking for was impossible and has never happend . I was inquiring about redirecting a parcel that I have in transit. Not very pleased with the customer service . Take your business elsewhere people .

Friendly and hard working staff that are very helpful. I do a lot of online shopping and selling and it's almost always an easy and pleasant experience. I had a minor concern last year when someone working didn't want to accept my Canadian Forces ID as a form of identification but that issue seems to have passed.
