“I had a very positive experience with the manager of the Brock bookstore today. HIs name is Nick Fabiano and he couldn't have been more helpful.My daughter received an incorrect order of a picture frame instead of a degree frame. The degree frame was sent by courier and an apology was offered. Communication was excellent and professional. This manager is a great guy and solved a problem with very little hassle.All my dealings with Brock have been positive.”

“This Coles is a gem among the Indigo chain.The employees here are so kind, helpful and genuinely care about stocking their store with the latest new releases and trending books. It’s very obvious their passionate about their role and working with books. Their romance section is running circles around the other Chapters/Indigo’s I’ve visited. Worth the visit especially for niche romance lovers!”
“As always, the drinks and treats at Starbucks are delicious...thats why I go there...to treat myself and my husband. This particular Starbucks though is cavernous and cold. It could use a few couches and club chairs to make it more cozy.
Chapters itself is a great store but I wasn't there for the bookstore this time.”
