I would like to congratulate the whole company for the service and the quick delivery. I spoke to different people Monday morning about an order I placed on Saturday and a new order placed that morning and they were very kind and helpful. I just received my order in another province on Tuesday afternoon, one day after. What a perfect selling and customer service. Great job!!

I called Bicknell Racing Products to place a order for specific treaded tires and want to hear there expert opinions on the products they carry. The sales representative named Ron is an absolutely rude individual and will definitely not only give you any advise but he's a rude man.Save yourself the grief and find a different vendor to order tires from. If I could give them negative stars I most certainly would.

I came in to inquire about a part that wasn't immediately available and there was a miscommunication between myself and the staff. I wanted to leave my information to be contacted when it would be available to be shipped with a quote for the item and shipping cost and the staff at the store understood my request as shipping the item when it becomes available. The friendly staff went above and beyond and agreed to take the item back which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend this store to any future customers, and this store will be my first choice for any future racing product needs.
