“Ed Learn--- Service & AWD module replacement was set up by Sarah Whittle in a professional manner, and ensured that the work was carried out properly in estimated time. She also showed regret that the module wasn't covered under the drive train warranty, even though the drive train doesn't function properly when the module failed, and failure of this component on 2020 escapes has been extremely prevalent ( see ford owners forum)..initially Ford replaced them under a 'satisfaction' program but that ended to leave the expense to owners.I am a long time Ford purchaser but my next car purchase will require research to find a manufacturer that will replace obviously defective parts to retain customers.”

“I originally saw the exact car I wanted through auto trader. This car was specific to my wish list, color, kms, make and model.
When I went to view the vehicle at St. Catherines Volkswagen, I met with Josh Koehn. He was very helpful answering any questions and inquiries i had regarding the vehicle. We put the offer together with ease. I had complete trust in him.
I also met with Johnny Petrowski, Sales Manager. Let me tell you, Johnny is a knowledgeable firecracker lol.. He went way beyond the call of duty to make this experience and transition comfortable for me. They had the vehicle delivered to me in Burlington as i had no way of picking it up. I was very impressed the vehicle looked brand new when i inspected it upon dropping it off.

“I have a 2012 Fiat 500 which has been serviced by Midas, on Ontario St., St. Catharines, on different occasions. Recently , Midas had to perform an automatic transmission fluid exchange/flush, engine coolant flush & oil change. This servicing would take up most of the day, which was fine with me & the service was very important so there would not be major problems in the future. Midas mechanics & technicians are all professionals, & they all have the know how. The office staff are also very helpful, polite & informative on what repairs are necessary for their customers. I rely on Midas for all my vehicle's maintenance. Thank you Midas for a job well done.”

“I got a flat tire on my SUV on a Sunday. Had my suv towed to viva and they patched my tire on the spot. The front desk was very friendly and caring, the guys in the shop were also friendly. Also for anyone who doesn't know the guys at viva are open late Monday to Saturday which MOST mechanics close at 5pm. I highly recommend viva and will definitely be back if I need any service on my vehicle”
